All of the staff at First Nissan worked extremely efficiently and were very accommodating with my 2011 Nissan X-Terra and it's servicing. Mr. Jaime Almanza and his service writers have amazing customer service skills and I believe my X-Terra will be running great for many years to come, thanks to the excellent service provided by First Nissan's service department.

They diagnose the car on the 29 of Dec, first they
They diagnose the car on the 29 of Dec, first they couldn't find my extended warranty, then lost the paper with my extended warranty, so I had to supply another copy. Called to check on status on the 9th of January, was told the inspector did not show, yesterday you tell me you can't reach extended warranty company & ask me to call to get a hold of them. Talk to warranty company & they tell me the inspector was there on Monday & sent the inspector again January 11th. Even the extended warranty company said this is taking far too long. I've been paying on it since to 2nd of January. I'm in the automotive industry myself, I have worked as a technician, a service advisor & parts consultant. You refuse to give a loaner or cover a rental. I'm going on over 2 weeks out of pocket rental. 2 WEEKS, livid isn't the beginning of my feelings about the situation. Diagnose 2 days in, take a week get ahold of extended warranty & another week to tell me whether or not you can get the parts. THEN tell me it will take about 5 days to get the part, 2 days to do the work & tell me the tech will be working on other cars once the parts get there. With the information I have been told & as has been described by the writer, this is a 15-20 min job with maybe an hour of recalibrate.

Martha communicated throughout my service visit. She was genuinely understanding of my situation and was able to get my repair done quickly and at the best price possible. I try appreciated how well she communicated status and went through the cost share of the repairs being done. I was pleasantly surprised when my costs were $100 lower than anticipated. It was very easy to pay for my repairs online ahead of pickup, and when I arrived I received my repaired vehicle quickly. It was truly a no hassle and easy experience. Thank you Martha and First Nissan for the world class service you provided! That’s how you do it. Kudos to you!
