I have always dealt with Robert, who i know and love and at first was a little bummed i was dealing with someone new. But once i met Rafael, i quickly became quite impressed with him. He was not only very helpful, but was thorough with his inspection, findings, and explanations to me. When i had questions, he answered every one. I was very appreciative to him that day.
