Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200-Just go elsewhere
I cannot elaborate enough what a horrendous experience we had at this dealer. The salesman Kirk plays the seasoned caring car salesman to a T. Beware, the first red flag was when we came out to test drive a car and was told no don't leave a deposit the car has been on the lot for over 30 days. Day we were scheduled to sign paperwork we get phone call that they are selling car to someone else. Give a credit card over phone to "hold" car. Get to dealership and mistakenly had left plates at home. So I sign paperwork solo. Get home to find out that we were overcharged for the car. There was one price advertised on their website, another price on Craigslist and finally the price we were charged. Take a guess which price was the highest!?!?! Numerous phone calls were made, and for first week response was well get back to you. Finally salesman Kirk had the audacity to say to my daughters boyfriend "why do you even care, you're not making the payment". At this point they are referring to the error as a mistake NOT FALSE ADVERTISING and are willing to refund Craigslist price not website price. Told to come in to pick up check, make the drive only to be told it's being mailed and then staff was incredulous that I said loud enough for other customers to hear buy a car anywhere but here, can't stress how much of a shady dealership this is!!!'

Pleasant experience
Leased a Mazda CX-5. Jonathan was very knowledgeable on all features of the vehicle and took ample time in explaining. All of or wishes on colors and features were explored and ultimately met. All terms of the "advertised pricing" (not where the cost ultimately landed) and the overall parameters of the lease were explained. Nothing tremendous in the negotiated lease, but the overall transaction was acceptable.

Very friendly staff, great experience
I was interested in financing for a 2016 Outlander. I called up, and Michelle was very professional and friendly in helping me learn more about what the dealership offered. She set me up with an appointment with Joe and Kevin, who went over what my options were. We worked out a great price, and they also were professional and put my needs at the forefront. The entire staff made for a great experience overall!

Very friendly, professional staff
I was shopping for a used Chevy Camaro, and I found one online in Smith Haven's used inventory. I asked about it via email, and within a half hour I got a professional, friendly email from Michelle about the car. She helped me answer a few basic questions and helped me set up a test drive appointment. When I came in, Lauren the salesperson was very nice and helpful. She worked with me to get the price down to something I was able to afford. From the start of the process, the entire staff was very professional and made me feel like I was their biggest priority.

Pleasant Buying Experience
I had a very nice experience at Mazda. John Frisch was helpful from the moment I pulled into the parking lot. He helped me out in a tough situation and I left very happy. He provided nothing but excellent service and followed through completely. Overall everyone at the dealership was pleasant and the environment was very comfortable.
