Bought 2010 jag xk 1 yr ago. Salesman was great(Daniel) and car was excellent. Car needed a small interior cosmetic fix. Friends thought car was new.

I was vacationing nearby and had been in the market for a used BMW convertible. Daniel M did a phenomenal job of quickly getting additional pictures for me and all details I needed/requested. The car was very fairly priced and in the exact condition described when I arrived for my test drive. They treated us like we were buying the most expensive vehicle in their inventory:). Great folks to work with and a very cool facility. I could have looked at all of the high end vehicles all day. No pressure, fair, honest, and genuinely nice folks to hang out with during the process. Absolutely would buy from here again, and I have so enjoyed owning my first convertible. In my 43 years of buying and selling cars personally, 94 of them to be exact, (and managing a used car business for 6 years) I have come across many dishonest salesman and can say that in general most will tell you and promise you ANYTHING to get you to buy a car. Once they have your money, you are on your own. AS IS and BUYER BEWARE!!! Today I am writing about the opposite experience, the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I have ever had! This is the first time EVER that a car I purchased long distance and had shipped exceeded my expectations. The dealership is Autos of Palm Beach and the salesman is Daniel. He was professional, responsive and honest. He was clearly busy while working through our transaction but always followed up and followed through. He got the car shipped to me in Virginia overnight, one day ahead of schedule. He underestimated the shipping cost and absorbed the difference instead of passing it on to me. The car was in better shape than he described (digital pictures hide flaws) and came with all the accessories promised (mats, keys, manuals). The one concern I had about the hybrid battery during the sale,he researched and contacted me with a SOLUTION after I received the car even though he provided the answer during the the sales process. He emailed me necessary paper work within minutes of asking in addition to express mailing it so my wife could drive her birthday gift ASAP. He will be my first choice in long distance purchases and he should be yours!

We found our car on Carfax, but interaction was with Mr. Fred. He was friendly and very accommodating. This was our 1st time buying a car from a private dealership and loved the experience.

Salesperson Fred was friendly and accommodating. I had previously tried to buy this make and model from another (bigger) dealer on the internet and they were very disorganized and downright rude. Not so with this dealer and Fred. The car had 20,484 miles on it and it runs like the essentially new car it is--over 800 miles put on it immediately after purchase. Mike cleaned and detailed this car. It, like most FITs, was used to haul a dog, but it is clean as a whistle. Great, great team.

Nice people to deal with. Easy transaction. I enjoyed buying a car here. I will do business with them again.

To all: I am now a first time Porsche 911 buyer. I had seen a few cars on line and even had a couple examined but they all were not near as clean a car as the one I purchased from Fred. From the beginning they were upfront, responsive, and excellent to work with. When I test drove the car it started a little slow, Fred promised it would be fine. I asked if I could take it to a mechanic they drove it their for me. They fixed the minor issues....after buying the car I still felt the start was slow and they took the car to their mechanic and took care of the problem. They also called me having found a second key to the car and saving me a $500-$600 key experience with Porsche. The sale process was smooth with no issues. I highly recommend this dealer. They care about their customers and have a beautiful collection of cars.

What a cool place to purchase a high quality used car. I purchased a 2012 Lexus LS 460. I had never been to the dealership, but I was amazed at the high quality used inventory. Fred is great to work with. The buying experience was really good. Not like going to an average used car lot. I would highly recommend Autos of Palm Beach to anyone looking for that Special High End used vehicle.
