David Maus VW N may be guilty of Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices, Failure to honor purchase order, Breach of purchase order contract bait & switch. Adding over $5,000 worth of un-needed options to first purchase order. GM never called to offer assistance.

First visit to have my Volkswagen golf serviced

I had my oil changed and a new key made. The service adviser was very helpful and courteous. I waited exactly the time which I was quoted. I also spoke with the shop supervisor. He spent about 10 minutes answering all my questions. He did not rush me after realizing that this was my first experience owning a Volkswagen. I will definitely return. These guys are professional and customer friendly.

My first Volkswagen Jetta purchase.

I was very pleased & satisfied with my first time experience at the Volkswagen dealer on April 4, 2015. After trading my old 16 year car & not having any car payments for 10 years. Made me a bit nervous in purchasing again another vehicle will effect my payments, credit history in a skeptical feeling. But at David Maus Volkswagen North made me feel very at ease, happy, comfortable in a reliable, good deals offers, fair price treatments without having any pressure or stress in dealing to purchasing my lovely chocolate(brown)color Jetta. I saw the car online and it was available at the dealer, the service from the sale employee made me more interest to pursue my purchase after having a test drive. He treat my father & I in a friendly, polite, honesty, helpful way with a sweet personality. I'll highly recommend David Maus Volkswagen North and the sale employee too. Thanks!!

First Time Byer

I have been coming to David Maus VW North for several years for vehicle service, and the last time I brought it in, based on what was needed, Adam recommended I look into trading my car in. I am so glad I took his advice, as I am now the happy owner of a brand new Jetta! Frank did an excellent job of showing me both new and used cars, and in the end, we left in a beautiful new car at exactly the price I was hoping to pay, and I couldn't be more excited about it.

STAY FAR AWAY

My 2014 Jetta turned off while driving it two days in a row. I got it towed this Tuesday to David Maus. Got a call from Karen after the car got to their dealer and told me it would be a $106 charge to even look at the car. I agreed to what she wanted to charge. Got multiples phone calls from Karen throughout the day Thursday insisting that I need to change my tires even after I told her twice I was not interested in having them change my tires. Got another call from her telling me the battery magically died even though it wasn't dead when it was towed. By 5 o clock Thursday got another call from her telling me the car was complete and there were no electrical issues and was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick it up I found out they never checked to see if there was any electrical issues. According to Karen they cannot perform a diagnostic on the car or see if there is anything wrong while the tire was low air. which makes so sense. I picked up the car and left and 5 minutes after driving off their lot I realized my windows, AC, Heated Seats, Blue tooth and radio had stopped working. Called the dealer back and was told there was nothing they can do. Called again this morning and spoke to the service manager who was very rude and told me her employees do not make mistakes. Am not in the process of filing a law suit against this dealer. While VW of America has also opened an investigation against them. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES!

My 5th VW from BiIly Stewart

Yes, my 5th new VW vehicle from Billy Stewart. I followed Billy to David Maus VW North from another business in another county. Why? #1.) I like to buy from Billy Stewart, #2.) I believe in the Product, #3.) the Dealer. All ranked those three items, however, truthfully all three Are important. When I got my first vehicle, I didn't know which model would be the final product for me. Over that initial 2 day period, I drove 5 vehicles...Billy listened to my needs. Yes, he is a salesman, however, Billy possesses that key ingredient "To Listen." Always Helpful

Listens to your concerns and acts on them. You don't have to push to be heard. Goes above and beyond to fix the problem. More motivated by service than money. Hard to find these days.

First impressions on their service...

I was in Orlando on a business trip out of Atlanta and my 2012 Passat check engine light came on. Stopped in to see Mark Aguiar the Service Consultant. He was honest about the time it would take and offered to get me a shuttle ride back to my office. Within 24 hours the car was complete and Mark called me with the repair brief (all was covered under warranty as it should have been). When I stopped to get the car it was washed and ready to go. Overall a very positive experience and the staff at the dealership all appeared to be friendly and happy in their work.

Straightforward, honest repair

MY window washer pump stopped working...I have never had this happen on any care I have ever owned and could not even imagine what the problem was. The service rep (Karen) could have told me anything and I would have had to trust her, but she told me all that was wrong was that due to hitting a piece of wood in the road the other week, the pump for the window washer had simply come unplugged. She cut the normal diagnostic fee in half..no charge for plugging it back in. The sales professional sells the first car.....the SERVICE department sells the rest of them! Great job!
