It was great.

It was great. Josh was very helpful and courteous. I was provided a ride to and from the service dept over to the waiting area. I have severe lung disease so it was a blessing.

I have always purchased cars privately, and never from a

I have always purchased cars privately, and never from a dealership. I was afraid of the dealership bro mentality, where they kind of bully and push you into a decision. Jeremy was anything but. He made me completely comfortable, related on a personal level, and was just so incredibly kind. The whole car buying experience was wonderful, and if he's still in the business when I need to buy my next one, I will absolutely contact him, but also send my family and friends to him. Thank you!

We just purchased a new car from Ken Garff Honda Riverdale and are very pleased with how the transaction went. This is our second purchase from them and highly recommend them.

Had an issue with broken suspension bolts and a rusty

Had an issue with broken suspension bolts and a rusty frame. Rick J. brought it into both the service center and body shop for consult. They couldn’t help, but were honest and didn’t even charge. Honesty earns loyalty. There was also a woman working late for a warranty inspection that helped us navigate the construction and get the car dropped off much more smoothly than if we had come in and tried to drop off ourselves. Wish I had her name to give her credit.
