(Example) I call Arby's up and ask if the 3 for 5 is

(Example) I call Arby's up and ask if the 3 for 5 is still on I get told yes come on down. Go down there and charge me regular price. You can't call someone and say the price is increased I wasted my gas I could have gone somewhere else, closer to me instead I have to drive from Ogden to Riverdale then I get told the price went up. You didn't want to fix the situation. Your service sucks. I got to more thing and I'm done with you xxxx offs

Tyler was great to work with.

Tyler was great to work with. He always kept us in the loop and was very prompt at answering any questions we had. During the sale, it was quite busy but Tyler was great at keeping us posted and informed throughout the whole process. He was flexible and we would be happy to work with him again! Thanks Tyler!

They were very helpfull finding me a vehicle but when I

They were very helpfull finding me a vehicle but when I told them I was hoping for a car withing a month i was ensured the vehicle I chose would be here withing 30 days. 4 months later was when the car came in. I know salesman cant control those things but more transperancy would be nice when they dont know exactly when the car will be available. But overall i had a goo experience and was informed weekly to know when my car would be available.

Came in for oil & brake fluid change, service tech forgot

Came in for oil & brake fluid change, service tech forgot to reset “oil minder” so, by the time I discovered the problem (and reset it myself), some mileage went by making such reminder less reliable for determining when the next oil change should be done.
