Service rep Collin was very friendly.

Service rep Collin was very friendly. He was really good at telling me the process that my car would go thru and then letting me know what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost to fix it. He kept me informed to the progress they were making on my car and when it was ready. It was ready as promised and had a good experience in picking up my car.

Zack B was great and people were friendly.

Zack B was great and people were friendly. Have had problems with the service department in the past and parts cost more than performance Honda in Bountiful.

Tyler made the buying process super simple and easy.

Tyler made the buying process super simple and easy. Even though inventory lag creates buyer anxiety for some, Tyler communicated often to let me know where we were in the build and ship process and when I went in to sign, the details were exactly as we discussed and the finish work was simple. Thanks for making it an enjoyable experience.

My dad was in town visiting and it was time for a more reliable car for him. We came across the car we’ve been looking for at Ken Garff Riverdale online. After inquiring online about the status of the vehicle, I heard back from Jeremy immediately and he helped answer the questions we needed to know before we made the drive to Ogden. The purchase of the car was smooth sailing , not too long, and comfortable. The entire team at Ken Garff treated us right and I highly recommend this dealership and Jeremy Butler. Thanks everyone.
