Chase Auto Group is conveniently located and easy to find.I recently visited Chase Auto Group in Gun hill, Bronx had a fantastic experience! This was my first time ever attempting to Finance a car and I was pretty nervous, but pete was so professional funny fun and patient with me, it really helped settle my nerves and ease my worries. My credit was not too good, but pete and the rest of his team worked there magic and were able to finance me a pre owned 2005 Ford Escape. I LOVE IT!!! and I love Chase Auto Group!! Thanks for such a great experience! It was so nice doing business with Chase Auto Group, and dealing with a salesperson like pete... He is one in a million!!!

I decided that I wanted to purchase a car for myself and saw a 2001 Audi A6 on cars.com. I went to visit the dealer and met Pete. When purchasing a used car from a dealer you are always apprehensive, simple because of all the stereotypes that comes with dealing with a used car dealer. I had explained to Pete that I was interested in a another car, with another dealer that was offering a similar car and year for less. Pete told me that I should go and view that car, and then come back to him. After, I left I decided that I would go with Pete, because he gave me the feeling that he was honest and would stand by what he was selling. That to me is worth more than the money. I purchased the car and after a week Pete called to tell me that he had located a extra set of keys and to ask how I was I enjoying the car. I told Pete that I noticed that there was a leak and he told me to bring the car in to have the mechanic take a look. Now, when you purchase a used car you expect to have some problems. What I did not expect was how readily he was to help me fix the problem. I am thankful that I was able to purchase a car from someone who cares about making his customer satisfied and willing to go the extra step even when he is not legally required to do so. I don't have enough wonderful things to say about Chase Auto Group. They made buying my first car a positive experience. I was very nervous, terrified actually. Peter went through the process with me, step-by-step, in a way I could understand. His knowledge was extremely helpful and comforting. After test driving my vehicle of choice, Peter was happy to accept the positive and negative comments, and assisted me in overcoming my nerves. When I returned to pick up my car, all addressed issues were rectified as promised. Peter's compassion was much-appreciated, and will not be forgotten. Well we're looking into buying a car... my husband, told me about Chase Auto Group Inc. He said babe, theres a delalership around the house, I said ok Lets go check it out.. we went and we got an excellent price, on a Grand Cherokee 2002. we are so happy with it!!! We recommend them 100% The customer service is excellent.. peter & family are so friendly and Helpful. overall we couldn't not have chosen any better. :)
