I usually dread car shopping, especially in the Bronx, but Chase Auto Group took all of the worry away with fantastic customer service, and a great selection of quality used cars. Peter and his whole staff went out of their way to make sure everything was just as we needed it. We had gone all over the Bronx and Connecticut as well, and Chase had the best selection. It's a smaller dealership, and yet, we felt we had more to choose from. We picked a really sweet VW Passat, and we're extremely happy with our purchase. No one pushed us this way or that, or tried to get us to buy past our budget and get into financing. Zero pressure. I had cash, and they had the car. In the end, we didn't feel like customers; We felt like family. I highly recommend Chase Auto Group!

I had been to them a year ago and didn't buy anything but this year I left them feeling that I should have done the deal with them a year ago and would have had my car then. They were great and made me feel like family which is so rare when you hear the stories about used car dealers.. Well I'm glad I found them and they will always have my vote and respect......... : )

For the last few months I have been spending my weekends looking to buy a 4x4. I must have tried 20 used car lots in the Bronx and Yonkers and found nothing. Last week on my lunch hour, I ran down the road to do an errand and decided to check out this place. While checking out the inventory on the lot I was greeted by a very nice sales person who answered all of my questions and did not try to pressure me in to buying anything. I test drove a nice 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee and loved it. Peter and his team took care of all the paperwork and I had the keys 24 hours later. I am a very satisfied customer that will recommend Peter and his team to friends, family and would go back and purchase from them again.

My Husband and I purchased a Ford Freestyle from Peter and his family and we are extremely pleased with the process, it was easy, uncomplicated and very straight forward. When I purchased my liitle Honda chose the option of having my payments $45 a week directly from my checking account so I would never be late!!!That is the best thing theycould have done for me!! Thats it cheaper then public transportation!!!
