They are all great. Took my car back. And as we were waiting. I had my Bichion Trina. And they had treats and a bowl of water for Trina as we’re waiting. The lady was really thoughtful. I don’t remember her name but she knows who she is. Thanks again Sherry ,Brick, Susan,Nancy

Purchased a new GX550 from salesman Jeff Johnson at Mungenast Lexus. He always kept me updated on vehicle build date at manufacturer as well as updates on delivery estimates. Very quick process of paperwork on pickup day. Great experience!

BJ was Awesome!

BJ was Awesome! I recently moved here from Florida and needed my car serviced under the warranty I purchased in Florida. He took the time to get everything covered for me! He was prompt, very professional, explained everything to me and I was out of the dealership in no time at all! I would recommend BJ to anyone and will go back again!

It's always great dealing with Mungenast Lexus of xx.

It's always great dealing with Mungenast Lexus of xx. Louis. We bought our third car from them in May 2024, and had the good fortune of working with Sherry, who was personable and respectful throughout. Never have we had a salesperson so fully knowledgeable about a car we were purchasing, which is saying a lot because the NX has multiple models and too many features for most people to keep straight. We highly recommend Sherry and Mungenast Lexus.

Just picked up my 2024 GX.

Just picked up my 2024 GX. While my delivery schedule changed several times, due to my schedule changes, Kyle was able to accommodate us and very knowledgeable. Things went smoothly. Thanks Kyle. When the Finance Department took us to the delivery bay......there we waited and waited and waited for a Delivery Specialist. I had to located Kyle, and he got us someone immediately. There is a lot of technology that comes with this vehicle. The first Delivery Specialist left a lot to be desired. He didn't know how to use the dashcam, and didn't even have directions printed out to bring with him. I asked him to get back with me......seven days later I still haven't heard from him. He didn't know that the drivers seat need to be calibrated because it kept beeping at me. This is something that the dealer should have done before I got there. I had to make a return trip back to the dealership for the driver seat issue and the navigation screen that went into dark mode on its own and for no reason. I didn't want to turn the car off because I wanted someone to actually see it. While waiting, I parked in the shade at the very end of the service drive. Twice someone from service came out and tried to get me to park in the hot sun for 25 minutes while I waited. Nancy (Delivery Specialist) sat in the car with us and went through a few things trying to get the drivers seat set up. She soon realized that the seat needed to be calibrated. She also went through a few other things including the dashcam. While this was her first one, she actually got it working. The navigation screen reset, but we will need to keep an eye on it.
