We are first time purchasers at Mungenast Lexus, purchases a used RX 350. Our experience was best of any prior purchases at car dealerships. Ellie, the online specialist, made sure we were provided all the background info on the car, very quickly in fact. Mark Herwitz, the sales associate, did the same, and provided a purchase experience that was knowledgeable, efficient and fun. The finance specialist, Bob Miller, got us in and out quickly and in a very pleasant environment. I’d recommend Mungenast Lexus to anyone in need of a quality vehicle and a great purchasing environment!

I’ve purchased and leased many many cars over the years
I’ve purchased and leased many many cars over the years and this was a fast and easy transaction! However, I was slightly disappointed as this is the FIRST and only dealership that let me drive off the lot with only a quarter tank of gas. With today’s gas prices, a full tank of gas would’ve for sure kept me coming back as my first choice to search for a new vehicle.

Nate and Susan went the extra mile to get the RX 350 that I wanted given that everyone has inventory issues right now. The technical guy was so patient and nice. He went over everything and answered my questions before we drove off with the new car. Everyone there makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. And no pressure at all.

Wish I could leave a zero.
Wish I could leave a zero. Worst experience ever at Lexus. Me and my mother just spent 100k on two CPO RX-350. Brought it in for service and clips broke on my bumper and windshield seal. Before I can even show this guy he say we’ll take it to windshield company dude I’m like ok. Showed him bumper he said ya not covered $288 I’m like no way it’s under warranty. He says Oh is this a CPO car I’m like yes. He’s like oh those break all the time still not covered $288. He also kept calling my David which is my brother a TV Preacher here in town heard the other xxxxxxx speaking about him when I came out. Ask for service manager he says oh he’s not here. I said can you have him call me he says oh sure. Well been two days ain’t heard from this dude either. I worked for Lexus 9 years I’m Master Certified Lexus Salesman. This is not normal but seems to be at Munganast. As he goes and gets my new Lexus he says oh well should we wash it? I said oh well would be nice but why would ya lol… What a joke ….
