I have been driving a Mercedes car or SUV for more than

I have been driving a Mercedes car or SUV for more than 25 years. I have always received exceptional service, however, yesterday, I was involved in a scam with the store in Henderson, Nevada and am seeking restitution. The details of the events are well documented and the dealership refused to rectify the issue, they also contacted the police as I would not leave the store as a result of wanting to speak directly to higher management to discuss the nature of the incident that was clearly a fraudulent BAIT And SWITCH. The dealership stated they are not affiliated with the company that indicated the car I wanted would be delivered to my home the following day. This is a false statement as the dealership contacted me just after completing the loan application and terms were presented and acknowledged with my identifying information and loan, down payment, and trade-in estimate.. They pretended to not know what I was talking about and they stated they had no knowledge of the third party from where I completed the application process, I have contacted several agencies and I will spend my day ensuring this does not happen to another person and this dealership will be sued and held accountable for treating me like I am a felon. It was embarrassing and they indicated that they felt threatened and why they contacted the police. I had not threatened anybody. I was calm and recorded the entire exchange. The Bait and Switch is clearly a fraud and I am taking significant action. A gentleman named Wyndell Frazier contacted me and pretended to know nothing about the application that I completed. He also discussed the non-affiliation to the Car Guru 3rd party and he also refused to comply with the terms I had already accepted. He described why the trade- in amount was so much more than what the estimated amount was. He had access to my bank account information to determine the pay-off amount, which was already determined on the original loan application. This is important because the increase in the amount owed on the trade-in was this exact amount in my checking account which Wyndall looked at as he took my phone from me while I was calling up my amount still owed on my account.. He described that my car was in an accident, this is untrue, he brought false records. HE IS A SCAMMER AND SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. He also stated that my tires were bald and that I did not have an oil change. This is untrue as well. Somehow, the $5,000 amount toward the new car that was provided in the loan application suddenly decreased and I would owe 5 grand more. For tires and a fake accident. This was startling and I will sue for the emotional toll I have endured due to the police being contacted because I was "threatening" and really, I demanded to speak to a manager to rectify the issue at hand. Wyndell Frazier brought me another salesperson who said the same information that Wyndelll explained. I recorded the entirety of this horrendous experience. I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager, I was hung up on.
