Purchased a used car in October 2021. After having several problems with the service department I decided to cancel the extended warranty and sell the car. We cancelled the extended warranty March 4. The loan was paid off when the car was sold. I contacted the warranty company and was told the refund comes from the dealer so I went to the finance department and spoke to one of the finance guys. He was rude and told me I had to wait. It's been 6 weeks since I cancelled the warranty. Seems like the dealer was paid right away for the car and warranty but I'm still waiting for my refund. This dealer doesn't care about customer service after the sale. Their service department sucks and so does the finance department. They take advantage of the customer.

This is the first time in my 20 years’ experience buying a Nissan vehicle outside NYS that a salesman was this professional. He was very responsive to all questions put me at ease getting the right vehicle for my needs. Thanks Ted!

Dan our sales guy was great, but that's where the great service ended, bought an Armada from here after this dealership agreed to take care of 3 things that needed attention and get a second key fob. After initially having the vehicle for 10 days they only repaired 2 of the 3 things that we agreed on and "forgot" to get get us another key fob. Had to drop the car off again for another day to get the key fob programmed and get the inner fender properly installed and secured as it was damaged and loose. Upon picking up the vehicle for the 2nd time the inner fender was replaced without being properly secured and was missing several retaining clips that were supposed to be installed. Management was nowhere to be seen or heard from after Dan our sales guy went and had a screaming match as he put it with them regarding this issue. Had to take the car home as it became clear nothing was going to be done about this issue. I was unaware as to how negligently the new inner fender was installed by this dealerships own service department till i noticed something dangling from the car while being out of town on the 4th of July, upon further inspection i noticed it had been rubbing the tire to the point that it rubbed a hole in the fender and exposing the tire to jagged plastic that could have shredded the tire if we continued to drive the car. Had to replace the fender they installed with a new one along with all the fasteners they didn't feel like installing. Still have not heard back or received reimbursement for the parts that i had to replace. I have reached out to David Evans with no response, have filled out their contact form with no answer, was told by their chat that someone would be reaching out and nothing.

THE WORST customer service. I purchased a Rogue in 2020, I have called numerous times to talk to someone about an issue, left many messages and nobody calls back. We had issue during our buying process as well. Do not waste your time here. That Bommarito name isn’t as shiny as it used to be.

Great experience with Carlos
We purchase a new vehicle at least every 3 years. . .so we have had quite a bit of experience with car salesmen. Carlos Lopez is by far our favorite. He listened to what we wanted; was attentive (even though he was very, very busy); and made our experience a great one. Dan handled our finances and he was a nice surprise. This is where you can sometimes feel pressured into purchasing a maintenance plans even when you had not intended to. He presented us with options but did not pressure us in any way. Refreshing. Great overall experience. You cannot go wrong with Bommarito Nissan West County. They have a nice selection of vehicles, nice facility, and as I already mentioned--first rate staff.

My Murano now has 5000 miles on it, so I took it in for...
My Murano now has 5000 miles on it, so I took it in for service a second time. It still rocks back and forth on the road. This time they drove it and verified that. They don't seem to take me seriously and told me its the 20" wheels. They said that the "low profile" tires will cause the car to rock. They must think I'm a dummy. It has factory wheels and tires and if all 20" wheels caused all cars to rock back and forth no one would have them on their vehicles. They also promised that I could drive another Murano with 20" wheels to see if it also rocks. That hasn't happened. When I take a car in for service with a problem I expect the car to be fixed before I leave the dealership. This isn't the case at this dealership. They send you home not fixed to return again and again. I wish I would have bought a different brand of car. This is a horrible experience for me.
