Just purchased a Ford Escape from Pat and the experience couldn't have been more hassle free. Not only did I get a great deal on an SUV that is in immaculate condition, but Pat and Jodi took care of all the details. Pat even went as far as to explain in detail all the bells and whistles of the vehicle before I left the lot. Superb service and vehicles, dont pass this dealership by if your on the hunt for a vehicle.

I was very hesitant to buy a car from a used car dealer. However Action Auto had a pretty rare vehicle for sale that I was interested in. After my first conversation with Pat I began to feel more comfortable about looking at the vehicle. It turned out the vehicle was in impeccable condition. Pat is a real stickler about the cars he acquires to sell. I drove 2 3/4 hours from NJ to look at the vehicle and a had to drive up a second time to finalize the purchase of the vehicle. It was well worth my effort because Action Auto is an excellent, small, trustworthy car dealer. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership in the future. I have never worked with another dealer like Pat, he is not pushy, answers every question patiently and is just glad to assist his customers. I purchased a Ford F250 truck and asked Pat to acquire some add on items for the truck like a bed cover, etc... Pat quickly got the items and installed them for me without charging any labor. I've never see something like this before. The day I picked up the vehicle Pat spent over two hours going over all the technology configurations and detailed every aspect of the truck inside and out. This was extremely beneficial. Days after I purchased the vehicle I have called Pat a few times to ask questions about the vehicle and he is always helpful right away. I can't say enough goods things about Pat and his Action Auto facility which is a really clean first rate facility. You won't be disappointed if you decide to contact Pat and begin the process of buying one of his vehicles.

I am very impressed with the whole buying experience at Action Auto! I HATE to car shop and had been driving a 12 year old Elantra when I noticed a 2019 Sentra back in June at this dealership. It took me until this month to finally bite the bullet and go in to buy it (this tells you how much I hate car shopping!) This Is the third vehicle we have bought from Action Auto.Pat and Jodi are a pleasure to work with thru the buying process. The detailing shop is top notch cleaning and shining your purchase as if it were a brand new vehicle. Any accessories you want to purchase Pat either has them on hand or will have them in a matter of days, then they are professionally installed to personalize your new vehicle the way you want it. Pat spent a lot of time explaining to me all of the electronics on my new Ford Edge Titanium there are so many extras on this vehicle. Over the years my wife Linda and I have become friends with Pat and Jodi and a lot of the employees at Action Auto. I would highly recommend Action Auto to anyone wanting a used car!

Great Experience!!! I absolutely hate to car shop. Luckily, my husband was working in the Cortland area and spotted a vehicle that he knew I would be interested in. A couple days later; I owned it!!! I was shopping for a truck and just happened to pass Action Auto on my way home. I stopped in and looked around, they didn’t have what I was looking for at the time. I talked to Mike for a little bit and he told me he would let me know as soon as something came in. A couple of days later I got the call. I was back and forth a couple of times but after shopping around and having terrible experiences at the bigger dealers I went with the truck from Action. They were not pushy and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. They really feel like a family business and have the customers best interest in mind. I was always hesitant to purchase a vehicle from a smaller dealer...not anymore. In fact, this was a major upgrade from going to the big name places.
