Francis was incredibly friendly and helpful! I was a bit early to my appointment and they were able to take me in shortly after. The waiting area is comfortable and I do enjoy looking around the showroom for a bit too. Everyone you meet and talk to while there is so cordial. The service was completed in a rather timely manner and done well. I appreciate the vacuuming and washing of my car that done before I leave. The video sent to me that shows things like my brakes for example are helpful and provide some insight into the state of your vehicle. Nicholas Briggs helped me get some work done on my vehicle and was extremely transparent with what my vehicle needed and pricing, and stayed in constant contact throughout the week.
