My review is specifically for the service department. On 08/24/23 my mother brought her vehicle in for an oil change. Two days after, she noticed an oil leak on her garage floor. She attempted to contact her “service advisor”, however he never returned her calls. After calling the service center and expressing how upset she was about the oil leak and lack of communication, the service advisor contacted her. She brought her vehicle in and was told that a defective filter has been installed. The filter was supposedly replaced. Within 24 hours after the filter replacement, my mother noticed that her driver seat was warming, without the heated seat switch being turned on. She also heard a knocking sound as she was driving, shortly after. She attempted to contact her service manager again but was unsuccessful. I brought her vehicle to dealership myself and left her keys in the night dropped box. On 09/06/23, the service techs put a hose clamp over a loose heat shield. It was supposedly supposed to resolve the issue. The driver’s seat continued to heat up without the switch being on. My mother contacted her service advisor once again, and there was no response. My mother and I contacted the service manager directly, only to be met with immediate aggressiveness. The service manager Jeff, specifically stated that “he didn’t understand the why the seat being heated was an issue and could not speak on anything.” I would suggest that he keeps that same attitude and not respond on this review. Jeff requested for the vehicle to be brought in, again. My mother informed him that she would bring it in, but the issue needs to be resolved this time because she cannot keep bringing the vehicle in due to her living an hour away and her work schedule. Jeff became hostile and called the service advisor in his office for clarification, I suppose. The service advisor did not say one word, at least not while we were on the phone. My mother brought her vehicle in for the last time on 09/27/2023 and was told that the testing equipment showed that the seats were working correctly. I guess it was too much of an inconvenience for a technician to actually drive and test the vehicle themselves. My mother has purchased four vehicles from here, referred a plethora of individuals, and this service department is the only facility to work on her vehicles. The customer service here has declined tremendously.

They where on point they treated me right got me the best

My wife and I terminated our lease on a 2022 Infinity
My wife and I terminated our lease on a 2022 Infinity QX50 and we purchased a new 2023 Nissan Murano Platinum on July 18th, 2023, from Bommarito Nissan Hazelwood, through Chris Colesworthy. Somehow, two weeks after the paperwork was completed, our early termination fees on the leased Infinity showed a $755.00 addon on the NMAC website. Of course, we knew there had to be a mistake. Conversations with NMAC customer service, while friendly, yielded little in the line of us NOT owing. The back and forth conversations between us, NMAC and the dealership ended when Todd Eversgerd stepped-in. In short order the issue was resolved, we owed nothing more, and our new Murano looks even brighter setting in our driveway. Kudos to Bommarito Nissan Hazelwood; we REALLY like these guys!!

If I could give a hundred stars ⭐️ Aaron Covert would deserve them. I was out looking for a used SUV and decided to stop at Nissan 1st. So glad I did , Aaron was heaven sent. I explained what I was looking for and he found exactly what I wanted and a price and low miles. Great attitude, patient and a wonderful personality.

We wandered onto Bommarito Nissan Hazelwood's lot just after closing on Monday, July 18, 2023, just to see what Murano series vehicles they might have. We were cheerfully greeted by sales associate Chris Colesworthy who asked how he might assist us. Less than eighteen hours later we were headed home in our new 2023 Nissan Murano Platinum. Chris is a highly motivated associate. Not a pressure cooker, but a customer friendly professional who listens to his customer. Yes, price in Paramount. Yet, the way that goal is often achieved can be nerve raking. Not so! Our personal experience was exceptional. We highly recommend you visit Bommarito Nissan, Hazelwood, during regular hours, and ask for Chris Colesworthy. He listens!
