Cedar Auto Group was honest and helpful both on the phone and in person. Their facility is clean and they were great to work with!

Ibrahim was great, no pressure ,made a test drive and he told of the plus and minus of the car. Then theirs Moe talked on the phone for two weeks, was so honest about the car made a 4 and a half hour drive just to look at it and bought it the same day. They come from a large family and treated us just like part of it.

The Sales team answer to all my questions with great pr skills.

I was pleased with this dealership's customer service experience. The group made you feel welcomed and their were not high pressures to buy a car or truck. The paper work process was smooth. With keys in hand we were the next new owners of a truck.

I test drove a car that would barely stay running. The body was super rough shape but they did stay open late for me. So customer service is good. I would advise anyone to take the car they are looking at from these people to a trusted repair facility

the truck barely made it home , they did NO safety inspection , truck has been at dealer for 2.5 weeks and my repair bill is up over $4000. they sell absolute junk, leaf springs broke brakes completely shot, transfer case shot front end completely worn out just to name a few things STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS

Cannot think of one thing that could have gone better (unless Mo had catered lunch). He is honest, fair and more than willing to work with customers to reach a mututally satisfactory conclusion.
