I had a wonderful experience with Cedar Auto Group. This was my first experience purchasing a car and the manager was respectful of my price range and desired model choice. He was also extremely informative, this being my first car-buying experience. Customer service was excellent and I was able to drive off the lot with a car better than what I came looking for! Dealers here are trustworthy and will work with you to secure a vehicle best fit for your lifestyle and budget.

Bought a used truck in August 2016 because it was right at KBB value. I found that they duct taped the power steering line, so I got that fixed. I thought that was the end of my problems. I was wrong. Less than a few months with the truck, the check engine light comes on. Take it to a mechanic who tells me the transmission is SHOT. Luckily I paid more for a horrible warranty they offer that barely paid for any of the repairs.. HA! This place should be shut down.

To say I was dreading car shopping is a total understatement. You hear about all the warnings of pushy salesmen, being screwed over financially, etc. But I did my research and knew exactly what I wanted. Cedar Auto Group was my first stop to check out a used 2011 Toyota Rav4. The test drive went well but I still had other vehicles on my list to look at. I never felt any pressure from Ahmed, the sales manager, when I left the lot. I checked out a few more Rav4's at other dealerships and I even had one inspected for purchase but there turned out to be a TON of issued with it (Pro tip: ALWAYS have your vehicle inspected when buying a car). I had been driving back and forth to Akron (I live in Cleveland) several times and I was exhausted at the thought of making another trip. I called Ahmed up and told him I was interested in the Rav4 but I was in Cleveland and I needed to get it inspected. Ahmed OFFERED to drive it to the mechanics of my choice for the inspection! That was such a burden off my shoulders! The next day I had my vehicle inspected ( A Plus Auto Sales in Akron-- good, honest people!) and they gave me a call to tell me the vehicle was in excellent condition! I came down to Akron the very next day to make my purchase. Now I had done my research, comparing condition and market value through Kelly Blue Book, etc. And this Rav4 was $1,300 UNDER market value! I knew there would be very little wiggle room for negotiation and I was right. I was being sold a vehicle that Cedar Auto Group made little, if any profit off. They offered me the free Car Fax report (no issues! another Pro Tip: Don't buy a car from a dealership that doesn't offer you a copy of the Car Fax report). This car is totally immaculate! VERY clean! I just love it so much. Ahmed made my first car purchase stress free. He was honest and pleasant to work with. Thank you so much! I love my Rav4!

These are very honest, helpful people! They gave me a wonderful deal, provided carfax, offered to change the oil, made sure car had new tires, and even trusted me to take the car home for the night. They worked with me and gave me a decent amount of time to pay the car off. The buying process was very smooth and paperwork took 30 minutes. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, they give an honest deal and are NOT out for the money, just doing honest business! I bought a 2014 VW Jetta, 39k miles, and it was priced below Kelly blue book- I am very happy with my purchase and LOVE my new car! These are very nice and honest people.

Alex is a very nice sales person he will work with you on pricing and get you walking out the door satisfied. I am very happy with my new Honda.

cedar group auto was the only dealer out of about 20 dealers that actually gave me a deal everyone else would not go any lower cause it was internet price but cedar not only came down on the price but also gave me a year warranty

After many hours of searching and lots of dealerships looking for the right vehicle I asked a friend at work where he sugggets going. He mentioned Cedar Auto Group and I checked online to see what they had. Pictures and descriptions were very helpful in choosing the one I wanted to test drive! After a brief time over the paperwork, some good coffee and a few handshakes later I was on my home with a nice clean vehicle! What a great family friendly business! Thanks guys!

We bought a 2014 Toyota Highlander. Love the vehicle. Told a friend at work and she also bought a Toyota Highlander from Cedar Auto Group. Believe the pricing is a bit more realistic at Cedar Auto Group. We were treated well.

My husband and I were looking for a new truck. We found a great deal on a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi Quad Cab. Beautiful condition,great price! Moe, Alex and Abe were wonderful to work with.
