I went to Frank Leta towards the beginning of June looking to get a 2017 Nissan Murano they had listed on their site. They quickly got back with me to... set up an appointment to look at my trade in and so we could look at the Murano. I had to work, so my fiance went up to the dealership and all in all it was a pretty great experience. He worked with Joe White all day, and he was a stand up guy to work with. They offered what I was expecting for my trade in but were trying to take money off of what they would give me for detailing/photos, and for them to certify it since it had low enough mileage to do so. My fiance bartered on it and they were able to agree on the lowest I'd take for the trade. I had my financing set up beforehand and they were really pushing me to go through one of their other lenders, and I had to seriously stand my ground on the fact that I'd be bringing a check with me. I understand why they were pushing, but if someone is dead set on not doing what you want them to, just drop it lol. All in all, it was definitely a better car buying experience than I had in the past at Suntrup, granted, my fiance did all the heavy lifting for me this time around, but our salesman Joe, and Mike in financing were stand up guys. Hopefully I'll be driving this car into the ground, but if I need to get a new car before this one explodes somehow, I'd definitely give Leta Honda another go

He was able to work with us... for the perfect CRV for her and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. We have had the worst car buying experience we could think of! They really do not know how to treat potential customers. The salesperson was neither informed... about the car nor engaged in selling it. One of the cars that they showed us, which was supposedly cleaned and detailed, was full of human and animal hair and pieces of trash. The desk manager was unbelievably rude and condescending. If they treat you like this when you try buying from them, I don't even want to think about how they would treat you if you ever needed them to satisfy the warranty. After our experience, we would rather pay more to a different Honda dealer and be treated like any customer would deserve than ever buying from Frank Leta Honda.

I bought a Honda from frank Leta in i Fallon Missouri, got stuck with a crv paid full price in October of 2018 , they New the problem with the gas mixing... with the oil was a problem, and sold it to me anyway , they paid for my taxi to get down there to buy it !!! But would not pay for it to be brought back to me !!! George the sales man says bring it in here , it will be Coverd , tryed to sell me a more expensive vehicle, the place is crap , now they won’t pick me up or bring the car back to me !!!! Crappy service and crappy place !! Stay away from this dealer

Scheduled appt for my 2017 Honda CRV, the lane change departure sensor warning was off, and rear warning was sensor was off. Paul Quisenberry was my Service... Agent, he was very nice and explained what he was checking and why. Very efficient and also washed my car while I was there. While I waited the Loyalty Rep checked on me, to make sure I knew what the Loyalty Program was about, I appreciate their attention to detail and great service.
