Purchased a brand new Honda last week. It was a relaxed, easy purchasing experience. I dealt with Ryan and he was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He obtained everything I wanted on the car at a good price.

Great dealership location, comfortable waiting area. The finance phase was painfully drawn out considering we paid cash for the difference of our trade-in. We were subjected to a “sneak attack” sales pitch attempting to get us to purchase extended warranty on our 2026 CR-V. It was not clear to us why we were escorted to a closed door office. We expected only to review and sign pertinent sales and transfer paperwork. Most of the time was a poorly prepared pressure sell for an extended warranty. Then Birty brought Chris back to question our decision. Chris mocked our decision to trade in a 2021 CR-V with 19,050 miles by asking “Why would anyone trade in a car with that low mileage”? I have been driving only new cars since 1969 and should NEVER need to justify my decision to trade. After all, our trade-in was checked out before consummation of the sale. The entire process took MORE THAN THREE HOURS!!! That should have been done in one hour since all the numbers were agreed upon several days prior to our arrival and after posting a $500 deposit.

Yeah Frank leta when I was told by Mr White that handle bankruptcy chapter 13 we were pre approved for a car but in the end leta couldn't provide the lawyers Zero dime if you make 350 a month I ain't going to Bridgeton Mo any of your white people want to go to Bridgeton I may be in chapter 13 but not going into Bridgeton So im guessing only welfare people gets cars Peace

When the vehicle was bought, they sold a bullsh!
When the vehicle was bought, they sold a bullsh!t warranty that was not needed. It took about a month to get that refunded. Now when there are documents needed for insurance, they don't want to lift a finger to help you. Frank Leta Honda is not a good place to buy from if you want support after the deal.

I won't hold my breath waiting on management. They didn't even have time to greet the customer. Only relayed info through the front desk.

We started looking at cars with Harold and then went on vacation. Told him we would get in contact with him when we got back. He was gone when we got back so we worked with Ryan. Ryan was good but I felt that because we had to order our car, there were some things that we could’ve changed out. (Because they did not have a black car in stock, we ordered a black car, and got black wheels And tire rims… (we could get it changed out now for a price but its nit an upgrade, it’s a preference. It is something that I have to get used to because I would’ve preferred to have the silver tire rims). I feel like the service department (Steve) did an excellent job when we had to bring it in and they were very knowledgeable about all the new features.
