I was approved before I even went to the lot. Jordan was great!! The car I wanted needed work done on it Jordan heard the noise first. They let me pick out a different vehicle and was in and out with my new car in a couple hours. Awesome place! Will send people their way!

I went to a few dealers prior to Indy Auto Man and I felt like they just wanted me to buy a car. At Indy Auto Man they treated me so well our sales guy Victor was amazing. He care about what I needed and gave me tons of options. I would so recommend this dealer to all my family and friends.

They can deliver, without the pressure you feel from other Dealerships. Very friendly people an will work with the customer so there is now pressure with your purchase.

Prices and cars were a good deal. Victor was very energetic and helpful during the whole process for my sister and I. We both walked out if with great cars.

I purchased my Lexus at Indy Auto Man about a month ago. I wanted to make sure that I got not only a great deal for my money, but, a vehicle that is sold to me with care. This car is older than my former car that I purchased brand new in 2010 and has way more amenities and outstanding performance. This goes to show you that this dealership takes pride in their selection of cars, whether purchased from somewhere else, or trade-in. My car is very spacious and easy to handle and manage. I will definitely go see them again for my next purchase, and recommend them highly.

update****** After yesterday my issue was resolved. I was issued a sincere apology. Speaking with Mike Lawson yesterday he shed some light on the issues that arouse during my car buying apology. the issue was the car was newly inventoried and sold fast he ensured me that this would never happen again; therefore he agreed to reimburse me for the expenses that I occurred with that being said I am not fully satisfied with the car and have increased the rating of this dealer. at the end of the day I just wanted to be treated fair Mr Lawson made that possible at Indy auto man so for that I would recommend this dealer . I purchased a GS 350 from these guys. They sold a vehicle missing 4 lock lug nuts yes you heard me right missing a lug nut on every wheel. In addition to that I learned that the vehicle had 3 exhaust leak one on every intermittent exhaust pipe and one by the “CAT”. When called and asked about could we come to a happy medium on this event I was told no by Scott he said I had the option to take it to outside source so there I was out of 250.00 myself for a car I just brought. I guarantee you thought I was done no there is more….not only was my paperwork done incorrectly to get my Ohio state title but I was charged the correct sales tax (which I had to come out of pocket for 576.00) for my state by I paid a 149.00 dealer processing fee for what I don’t know it seems they didn’t know what they were doing. They also told me I was on my own for this scuff up too. I wouldn’t recommend buying a vehicle for any of these guys. They also charge a 3% fee on all credit card transactions so I had to pay 30.00 on a 1000.00. To top that off they wouldn’t even fill the vehicle up only gave 3 gallons.

I had to get a car at a moment's notice and they were able to help me out with little down really great near the holidays kudos to Todd and Victor

Eugene was helpful at every step of the process buying my new 2008 GL450. He answered every question I had without hesitation. He was happy to show me around the new facility, very very nice indeed. Eugene even introduced me to one of his buyers. He explained his process for selecting and buying inventory, very reassuring!!! I have since been back 2 more times with a relative and a friend to buy new cars.

Recently purchased a 2007 dodge nitro and we are so in love with it. Victor and the whole crew did everything they could to get us financed and into our car of choice. We told them what they wanted and they didn't try to side track us with other vehicles. They kept in touch and after three or so days got us into our vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership and will be back to purchase future vehicles. Great experience and customer service all around.

The sales person that assisted me (Jeff Hunter) was kind, efficient and willing to help me at all times in my search for the right car. He was patient and provided all the information needed. He was please to show me all the cars that I wanted to see and drive. He help me to get the right deal and finance. The finance manager was also very kind and professional. I really had a great experience I am looking forward to return in the few weeks to buy another car from this dealer. I will!
