My mother had her car stolen from her and was given a very short amount of time to find another vehicle by her insurance company. After looking at multiple websites and used car dealerships she found a car on the Indy Auto Man website that she really wanted ('08 Chrysler Sebring) We came in and dealt with Sam Wheeler, an outstanding professional, through the whole process. My mom was able to test drive the vehicle, get approved for a loan and put a downpayment on the vehicle all in the same day. We came back today to pick up the vehicle and couldn't be more pleased with our service. For all of your used car inquiries...the place is Indy Auto Man and the man is Sam Wheeler! I had called asking a 2013 Jeep Compass, I spoke with Lisa who was very nice and asked when I would be in and that I should ask for her. Once I arrived I was greeted by Lisa who was very pleasant and energetic. Lisa got right to business with selling me the Jeep Compass, I only came to test drive to see if I even liked the car. Before I knew it I was signing papers to purchase the Compass. Lisa is the greatest sales person I've ever encountered. I will be sending anyone that ask where I got my car , right to her. They were very friendly and my sales guy, Nick M., always made himself available when I walked in. He was also responsive to my emails and helpful with my questions. The whole process was transparent and I could tell my needs and requirements were heard and understood ? that is very important. I also got a good value for my trade-in and got a discount for my new car which feels great. To add, they offer factory type coverage for used vehicles and ETCH protection ? you don't have to take those and you can decide if you need them or not. Just do your research. Next time I'm in the market for new car I'll definitely consider buying a car from Indy Auto Man and have Nick help me.
