6/5/18 I had one of the best car buying experiences ever! Every step of the process was quick and easy all questions concerns were pleasantly answered and put me at ease! The dealership staff are absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend them for your next car buying pleasure! I got a call from Indy Auto Man (Sat- June 2nd) and set up an appointment to test drive a BMW. I told the lady on the phone that I was going to fly in so she made my appointment for the afternoon on Monday (June 4th) because they are closed on Sundays. So I fly in Monday morning and get an uber to the dealership only to find out that there was an issue with the BMW and it was taken to the service shop.... on Sat. I got no call letting me know not to waste a trip, instead, they wasted 15 min of my life explaining all the vehicles that they had on the lot before I had to politely tell the salesman that I wasn’t interested in any car. Then I went to the gentleman at the front desk in the middle and asked if there was anyone able to take myself and my gf back to the airport or get us a uber and he stated that they weren’t a uber service and only a car dealership and that I can buy a car if I want. I kindly explained why I flew in and what I was looking for, but because of their lack of communication, my vehicle wasn’t that and the gentleman basically just told me that it wasn’t his concern. Horrible customer service.

If I could give less of a review I would. My mechanic found 4000 dollars in band-aided repairs most of them were bad enough to make the car in road worthy. It's been seven weeks and still no memorandum title. I have made 3 phone calls a day for a straight week with no resolution. If being shuffled to voice mail will resolve anything. I have never met a more incompetent title staff, and service department. Although they may be competent if covering up problems was the required forte. Go to a buy here pay here place you'll get a better deal than here. If you want to get screwed buy here.
