Had a great experience ordering side steps for my father in-law's new Ram Laramie. Rarely do I ever have a positive experience with dealership parts departments, but my expectations were exceeded with the Larry H. Miller CDJR of Denver, CO. Chris Harkins the store's Parts Manager was courteous, and went above and beyond assisting with our purchase for Ram 1500 running boards. Mr. Harkins did not need the VIN to search (unlike other parts depts. that refuse to help without a VIN) and provided options to aide in our decision based the year, make, model, and trim of the vehicle. Chris also personally retrieved our selection from the stores storage container as well as assisting with loading the running boards in our vehicle. The Parts Department is very military friendly and compared to the Castle Rock CDJR parts department (not helpful and reluctant with sharing pricing info) I would highly recommend shopping for Ram parts from the Larry H. Miller store at 2727 S. Havana St. Denver location. I may consider my next vehicle purchase from this store if the Sales department is just as respectful, and transparent as their Parts department.

I scheduled my appointment but was told it really is not
I scheduled my appointment but was told it really is not a schedule just the date you bring it in to wait in line. Someone needs to read the definition of scheduled appointment is to bring it in and work will begin. I was originally told I could wait to have the factory recall done since it was just a software upgrade vs leaving the vehicle for two days. It took almost 2 years before the company & dealership had the upgraded software. Ridiculous.

I?m very impressed with how Rick Bell provided me with an Uber to and from my home while I waited for the service checkup to be serviced. The two problems I was having with my car were repaired with the two recalls for my car. Overall friendly service and a job well done.

Service experience was fantastic.
Service experience was fantastic. Much better than all of my experiences at Larry Miller Jeep which is down the road. I will definitely be using Larry Miller Chrysler Dodge Ram Fiat for service experiences in the future.

I dropped off my truck for Warranty service and a repair.
I dropped off my truck for Warranty service and a repair. They said 2-3 days. When I texted and called, no response. On the 4th day I received a text that the part came in and will work on my vehicle shortly. I texted & called the service rep and Service Mgr. on day 5 but no response Finally got through via phone on day 6 that the truck should be ready later that day. At 4:10pm, text said the truck was ready. Hours listed for the dealer on the website 7AM to 7PM. I came to pick up the truck at 6:30PM but Service closed at 6PM. Had to come back the next day. The work that they completed was well done but POOR Communication and hard to get anyone on the phone! This is my work truck and every day counts which I told them when I dropped it off.
