Never again?
Never again? I came here for an end of the year deal they were running. While it was a little chaotic, I was very patient waiting for an available sales person. Day 1 I ended up waiting 4 hours till I was helped to the point I could make a deal on the car. However, the finance lady had gone home so was told to come back Monday. I made an appointment and even got there before the sales team was technically open hoping to sign the final papers and walk out. I waited another 2 hours till I was helped by a different finance person. Then I found out they had not done the inspection on my vehicle when taking delivery and had somehow lost the keys. I ended up spending 6 hours there while they attempted to locate only to leave without my car after I had given them money and signed paperwork. The next day I was told they found the keys, but now there was a recall and they would not release it. I asked if this was something I could make an appt for and if it affected the drivability of the car. The manager assured me it had an effect on the drivability and they could not release. A week later we still did not have the car. I found out they did not tell the whole truth. The recall was a sticker for the frame with a vin number on it. It was released 7 months earlier. They had not disclosed any issues when I signed the paperwork, actually producing a document that said there was zero recalls. And an issue that did not effect any portion of driving the vehicle home. They did deliver the vehicle to my home almost two weeks after I bought it when it was all resolved. I was disappointed again, when they left the vehicle (plug in EV) with my wife with no way to charge it immediately. When I called the manager shocked at this, he told me there was an OEM charger for purchase at the parts counter for $250. None of this was disclosed at the sale. All in all my experience was one of constant omission of fact, hours of wasted time, and little to show for it. I see much better reviews of dealers with similar brands locally and in the springs.

Recently bought a (new to me) Dodge that had an open
Recently bought a (new to me) Dodge that had an open recall. I looked online to find a place to get the repair done. I found an appoint for the next day at Larry H Miller. I brought it in and they got me all checked in. They ordered me a Lyft so I could head home while the work was done. A few hours later I got a call from Rick letting me know my car was ready. He asked when I wanted to come get it so he could arrange a return lyft option. It was super easy and efficient.

I've been taking my car to Larry H. Miller since I purchased it in about 2017. They are easy to work with, on time, courteous, professional, and do a thorough job. I intend to keep taking my vehicle to Larry H. Miller for service as long as I am in the area and as long as they are in business.

If I could give this dealership negative stars I would.
If I could give this dealership negative stars I would. They don't even deserve 1 star. Had an appointment for them to check what they broke when I last had my vehicle serviced in November (I used that word very lightly because I don't think they did anything they were supposed to just tried to find items they could get money on). Only 1 person in the entire service department can tell you what is going on with your vehicle. It takes days and multiple attempts to get in touch with that person or have a conversation. In the meantime, your vehicle sits like you don't it to get to and from your job. My appointment was Tuesday, I tried for 3 days to get a response or call back only to find out they hadn't even looked at it. This is not even the worse experience I have had at this dealership. They don't communicate (return phone calls or texts) I literally had to go back to the dealership to find out what was going on with my truck because I couldn't get a call back or even a text. Your vehicle will sit for days, cost a lot to repair if they even order the parts and will leave with the same issues that supposed to be repair. This dealership makes we not want a Ram truck.

Worst experience of my life.
Worst experience of my life. Sold me a lemon. Kept it for 60 days said it was repaired. Now a year later it’s back in a shop for same exact issues and this dealership now says it does not have any information on my purchase and cannot help me locate the records.
