Frank was very good and didn't pressure beyond what we

Frank was very good and didn't pressure beyond what we wanted. He listened and tried to fit the vehicle we wanted within our set budget. Professional without pressure. Shane filled in until Frank could get to us from another customer and both were very friendly and attentive to what we asked and the things we mentioned as important.

Worst experience ever.

Worst experience ever. They don’t care about customer care. I leased a lemon, only drove it for 3 days (200 miles) it couldn’t be charged. Dealer make me wail 6 hours to give me a loaner and then make me came back to changed it 3 days later. After 18 days still the car is in service. They make me go thru all this instead of changing the car 3 days later when the finance papers were not even processed. I have spent more than 14 hrs of my time waiting or driving to or from the dealer. Apart loaner is a gas vehicle instead a EV when I told them I needed a EV because my disabled daughter gets sick when she smells gas so is a problem for me to go to gas stations.

It is unfortunate that your new Ioniq 5 had charging issues shortly after purchase, Alberto did in fact speak with you several times about swapping it our for another Ioniq 5. You declined this option and said you were looking at other brands. We do not carry any EVs in our service loaner fleet, but we will have Alberto reach out and try and set up an EV loaner through Enterprise at no charge to you.

Yes you offered an swapping after denying the swapping after 3 days when I came back with the problem with less than 200 miles driven when paperwork was not even processed. you offered it after 15 days , after making me wait 6 hrs for a loaner , after making me came back to change a loaner , after making me lose 14 hours of my time, after you ignored my daughter ‘s health in not providing a EV. worst customer service I have had anywhere. Why would I want to keep doing business with your dealership. Also you know enterprise doesn’t have EVs you already made me go and back from them losing my time. The only person who have give me answers and deal with the problem has been Alberto I don’t have complaints against him but for management and customer service.

We came to look at some cars and left with one.

We came to look at some cars and left with one. Very smooth and straightforward process, and dealing with Keil was very pleasant, he’s extremely professional and helpful. This is a good place if you don’t like the whole traditional process of car buying and don’t have 8 hours to waste. Very pleased with the dealership, the finance department and particularly Keil.
