I was treated well by staff and sales. The mechanic is a rude,snotty dude who should not be allowed to speak to the public. If he had any understanding about how a dealership worked,we would all be better off. That said,the office and sales were quite accommodating. The wrench is the reason for the 4 star. Someone,give him a memo. Customers with checks rule,not grouchy wrenches. BTW,another reason to snipe the wrench. The right front tire was almost flat. The mats were tossed in the back and were not laid out. The spare had less than 30 psi in it. The battery was hanging like a thread and the terminals were corroded and the whole install was awful. My 4 yr old and I corrected that,this morning. Not too professional. Just sayin,as the guy who wrote the check. In summary, I bought the car in SPITE of the wrench. Ken and the office staff were nice.

Very honest and upfront with any issues with vehicles, very honest. Great price for decent used cars. Great place to go for a kids starter car. Absolutely no pressure sales at all. Just wander the lot with the website open and look at the vehicles, pick out a few you want to test drive and ask for the keys

My car was totaled a few months ago, and my budget for a new car was lower than I’d have preferred. We went to Fuelin Fine assuming it wouldn’t be a good fit (because we’ve been burned by small used car dealerships in the past), but omg were we wrong! Everyone was so helpful, honest, and kind. The atmosphere was very laid back - no one breathing over your shoulder pressuring you to sign in the dotted line. They were upfront about issues certain cars had, and didn’t try to upsell us to a vehicle outside of our price range. When it came time to pay they worked with us since our financing was going to take a bit and we were almost to the weekend. THEN, when the check engine light came on after we’d gone home, they checked the car MULTIPLE times and paid to fix it at their own cost. I cannot express how grateful I am for the folks at Fuelin Fine, and if they have a vehicle that meets our family’s needs we would happily buy from them again in the future.

do not ever buy a vehicle from this place. It will be the biggest mistake you will ever make. I know I made this mistake.

I saw a couple cars that looked interesting on their website so I went to look. First of all I had to wander into the garage bays to find anyone to talk to, and then asked to look at some cars I saw online. The mechanic handed me some keys and said take a look they are out back. All of them were trash, they must get these from auctions and put in just enough work that make sure they don't fall apart as you take it around their little race track. Half of the cars on the lot have flat tires, the others wouldn't start. Stay far away, or if you do decide to go, bring your mechanic and see if these cars are even worth saving.

My friend and I have stopped at this place at least 15 times over the last 10 years to look at various vehicles they had listed online, each time we would look at several vehicles and never found a single one that wasn't a worn out, 'usually rusted' piece of junk. Everything there is high mileage and way over priced. Don't waste your time.

Went to look at a Forester. First of all, you get yelled at by the mechanics upon arrival as if you are supposed to know to drive behind their business, up a 2-way, but barely wide enough for 1 car road, to get to an old race track with cars randomly placed and no one to assist you. Then upon checking the forester, and every other Subaru on their lot, every single one was soaking wet with oil underneath. In addition, half the features on the listing weren’t actually on the car. DO NOT waste your time with this shady, rude business.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I was sold a vehicle they knew was intended for my wife and kids that was downright dangerous. It never should have passed inspection, yet had brand new stickers on it. The brake lines failed after less then 100 miles on the vehicle. The suspension is completely worthless. These people are basically criminals. Do not buy from them. They should be shut down by the BBB. I would sue if I could afford the legal fees just to protect others from their totally unethical business practices. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!

Asked about a listing with absolutely no response!! I'm guessing my money is no good to them.
