I emailed the sales department in reference to a car they have for sale on Autotrader. I had checked the KBB and NADA prior to emailing them so I asked if they would accept a lower offer according to the value those sites said. They were very rude and basically told me to go screw myself. Apparently their sales staff suck which makes me wonder how bad their vehicles are too...

I would never recommend this place to anyone . I bought a truck there drove it on highway 81 and lost control and almost crashed it . Drove it back to the dealer and they said they’d take a look. I told them I didn’t want it. In the meantime another victim came in looking for a truck and they let him test drive it after I almost died (with my son following behind me ). Tom Nedo is a complete liar with no morals . I bought a different truck there and have had nothing but repairs since. Good luck if you buy from there !

Very happy with my purchase from start to finish. I don't understand some of these reviews. The people are very nice and frank is really funny and a good person. The prices are very fair. Best used car dealer I have ever been to and I have been to alot. I will definitely be a return customer when I need another car in the future. Well worth the hour ride from where I live. The bad reviews must be from the kind of people who want champagne on a beer budget. You get what you pay for, in our case it was a great car!!

easy as pie ,very friendly ,customer service . fair priced vehicles. large selection all makes and models. test driving no problem. easy to find location.

Although I didn't buy any vehicle from the dealership, just didn't have exactly what I was looking for, I had no negative issues at all.

I called to the company yesterday morning to make sure the car was still there and available. I went to see a used car, did my research and the price was fair for the age and condition of the car. We drove almost 100 miles to see it. When we got there we were not greeted, we had to go in to find someone to get the keys to see the car. We drove the car and I loved it so we went to see about buying it. We asked what they required for a deposit so we could come back for the car in a few days. As soon as the question was asked, we were hit with a rant from the younger of the two men in the office. I would give you his name but we were never given names, never had our hands shaken. He continued to rant saying that he was tired of people leaving a deposit then coming back to ask for their money back so he isn't taking deposits anymore. He refused to hold it for us so, unless we had all of the money in our pockets, we were out of luck. He finished his rant and we said goodbye. A few minutes down the road, the older gentleman called me and left a message asking me to call back. I have not so far. There is very little that would persuade me to go back to that dealer.

Super helpful owner and employees! I did not end up buying a car from them due to not having the funds readily available but they helped me answer and and all of my questions!

I was looking for a truck and I found one that I just fell in love with it runs great it looks great and you could not beat the price, Tom was very upfront and honest, He's very down to earth ! We had a good conversation on used cars & This Guy has alot to choose from, I highly recommend this place, Great bunch of Guys! Tom is Honest that's what I like someone who tells you all the ups & downs & he did just that!
