Little

The Best service a customer can ask for. They were very friendly and helpful and made sure I had transportation if I needed it. My car was done in no time at all. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Dale Radake

Very disappointed customer. Had repairs $1786.85 and one day later, my engine light goes off and you want another$1500 for another repair. I am sorry but I think you did something to my car to warrant this additional repairs. I will not recommend your dealship nor will I purchase another GM product. I expect a follow up phone call from you to discuss this more. Very unsatisfied customer

Great staff. Great car!

I could not be happier with Kyle and the staff at Don Brown Chevrolet. It was like talking to an old friend (that I had just met). Kyle was thoughtful, personable and professional!

Worth the drive

Looked at the prices on Car Gurus to find vehicles available in my price range. Visited several dealers and Don Brown Chevrolet had several trucks for me to look at. Sales associate Edwin. C. listened to my list of options and showed me examples they had available. Edwin and Sales Manager Komar worked with me on a trade in deal that i was okay with. Finance process was fairly easy and warranty options were explained well by Jerry.

horrible customer service

Called for help on my Chevy impala and spoke with Glenda, she was argumentative with me telling me no matter what I have to pay 140.00 to have my problem diagnosed even though I knew exactly what the problem is. She then argued that I was probably wrong. A bulletin was issued on these cars for the problem I am having and she confirmed that yes its the same problem that was in the bulletin but that my repairs will not be covered (of course). She then told me the price for a sensor and harness uninstalled was over 700.00 dollars. What a load of b.s This is the second time this worker was rude, last time I complained about her I was assured this would happen again but guess what, it did. Avoid these buffoons, they will rip you off.

Best experience ever...

Would deff recommend them great services and was able to get a car even though my credit was not all that great... I have been to 4 dealership in 3 days they were the only ones who could make it happen...

Very painless process

Gerry was professional, courteous and patient with us old folks throughout the process. We had gone to 2 other dealers and did not feel we were appreciated as potential customers. He made the experience "painless". I would recommend him and Don Brown to my friends and family.
