I have not had a better experience buying a car than buying here. Joey was amazing in assisting me in this process. He stayed on top of everything and got right back with me. I arrived to pick up my car on 2/24/23 at 4:00 pm and was out at 4:20 pm. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted you with a smile and was so friendly. Joey couldn’t be there, but he left me in good hands with Anthony. He was so nice and professional. The car looked amazingly clean. I wouldn’t buy another car from anyone else but Ultimate Motor Sport. Thank you guys for making my experience amazing!!!

From the moment I walked through the door of Ultimate Motorsports, I felt at ease. Ms. Betty greeted me with a smile, and was very polite. She told me that my saleman would be Joey Salazar, and that he would be right with me. I knew exactly what i wanted, and Joey got it for me. He was professional, honest, not high pressure, listened to what I wanted, and did not direct me to any other vehicle in their inventory. When I test drove the truck ... it was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The entire process took less than an hour. Thank You Joey for an excellent car buying experience. Do not ever buy a car from Ultimate Motorsport Inc. Save yourself the time and agony. If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional sales team and dealership. I purchased a car from them without viewing the car in person. That's the new way to buy things these days and I wanted to try it. The photos they had of the car online were either photoshopped or specifically taken to avoid showing the major cosmetic damage. The interior seat leather was ripped/torn across the side of the seat in two of the seats. The rear outside of the vehicle had damage near the windshield that requires replacement of the entire panel, and repainting, not to mention the risk of damaging or cracking the rear windshield while repairing. I also found the front fog light to be cracked upon the vehicles arrival. I tried contacting the dealership and the sales person, Daniel (who was extremely unresponsive and sends my calls directly to voicemail). The dealership told me they would investigate my claims initially and get back to me. I waited weeks to hear back. I called over and over again and got sent to voicemail. Then I sent an email, to which they didn't reply. I got to the sales person one time since the original interaction where I told them they lied about the car having no cosmetic damage and he said that he'd get back to me soon about the vehicle. I have not heard since. This dealership is a bunch of crooks and liars. At the least, if they didn't want to pay for the repairs, they could have told me so instead of ignoring me completely. Who behaves like that? Their service is appalling and I highly recommend against spending a penny on them or even wasting your time looking at their vehicles. In addition to the cosmetic damage, the vehicle has a few electronic issues as well. The previous owner replaced the headlights to LED lights and the car constantly beeps and has a light on about the lights not being compatible. So now I have to replace the lightbulbs because that is extremely annoying. Needless to say, I will be getting in contact with the Better Business Bureau and considering legal council. I also want to mention that even if there was a possibility of this damage occurring in transit, that is a company hired by the dealership and they should be responsible for any damage done to the vehicle in transit.
