Sarah was very belittling and talked down to me when I asked questions. Insulted my job title and my intelligence. Suggested I find a professional to help me read their forms. Sarah was very stubborn and refused to acknowledge anything except a single line. She contradicted herself and tried to walk back statements during our interactions.
