Gap Insurance
Worst company to deal with when they owe you a refund. I have been working on getting this issue resolved since November 2019. They are more than nice until after the sale. Do yourself a favor and go to a REPUTABLE dealership.

Thank you for the feedback and our Gap and Warranties are sold through a third party company. Unfortunately, the refund is dependent upon the Gap company to determine amount and timeliness of any refund. Customers are not their problem
I bought a 2008 f-350 from them sight unseen. I understand the risk with this but liked the truck so I went for it. It was as if they had never done this before and it was issue after issue. from paper work to shipping getting messed up it never seemed to be right. I got the truck and it was as advertised. I drove it around some only to realize there is a mechanical issue already. Now I understand and accept that I bought as is no warranty and didn't purchase the stupidly priced warranty. However, the truck showed up with front end problems I would have discovered had I been able to test drive it. Good for them for getting to sale a vehicle and then saying, not my problem any more. My own fault for buying in this manner but a little help would be nice.

Unorginzed and a pain

DJ was real easy to work with and I’m in California! Never met the man but it felt like I knew him for years. I received a good deal on my trade in and can’t be happier with my new Mercedes AMG E63! If you go to Ultimate Motorsport ask for DJ! He will steer you in the right direction!! ThanksDJ!!

Joey was Great!
We purchased a car from out of state for the first time and had doubts going into it. Joey helped us get an inspection done and worked directly with our bank to make sure funding was their upon our arrival. We didn't get the "car salesman" vibe from Joey at all and it seems like he genuinely cares about his customers.
