Don't let the informal and laid back approach fool you. Jorge Ybarra took care of me. From my very 1st call all the way to the end of the process. I drove over an hour to get my car and Jorge always answered my calls and texts promptly, Every single thing he said throughout my buying experience was exactly as he had previously said it would be prior to me arriving. I started to feel frustrated as I had flown in from Denver for a specific vehicle and almost walked because of pressure of making such a big decision. Sheryl told me to take my time. Great selection of high end vehicles at reasonable prices. Employees were very friendly and helpful. However, customer wait time is much too long. I was there for over 3 hours and had to go and look for the sales rep on 3 occasions.
