Found my car on Cars.com, did my research and called to come see the car. Belinda is the best, friendly but not pushy and she knows her stuff. After the test drive I was in love, and they worked with me from test drive to pick up and Belinda was super responsive to my very specific requests. I was especially impressed that I got the car for an entire day to get it checked out at Audi, and then Ultimate fixed the minor issue found. The car is in such good shape it still has the OEM accessories wrapped in the original plastic. Belinda didn't even request the holding deposit until after that inspection and according to Audi, the car was priced 4K under bluebook. I've bought several cars, mostly from big dealerships. This is the first time I've walked away not only happy with the car but happier with the deal and happiest with the service. I highly recommend them!

I found the car I wanted on eBay motors, got approved, very minor body damage that was repaired before I got the car, clean car fax report, well maintained beautiful car. The process was simple and easy, Tracy knows what she’s doing. Will do business again

Very dishonest salesperson and unresponsive management. I found a vehicle at their lot that I had inspected prior to purchase. The inspection found the battery to be bad and two other items. Salesperson DJ stated in writing the company would make the repairs. DJ also in writing confirmed the repair to be completed and the battery replaced. After the vehicle was purchased I took the vehicle back to the dealership and found the battery was NEVER replaced along with the other items not being repaired. Contacted DJ and he refused to help. I then contacted the manager Cheryl who advised she would like to resolve the issue however now will not return any phone calls or emails. If you are looking for an honest dealership please choose another dealership.

DJ was super helpful as I navigated a purchase of a vehicle remotely. Very attentive, open and honest, and flexible with funding and logistics. Very good selection of quality used cars and at varying price points. Staff made extra effort in securing the financing for my recent Ford Edge purchase. Only issue was that the soda/snack machine was out of service -- it was a HOT day. Overall happy with my purchase.
