Everyone was very friendly and personal. I love my vehicle. We were already approved at another dealership but really loved this vehicle better. DJ handled everything and made sure we were happy.

I did buy 2011 BMW 535i last week, as out of state buyer, I did not inspect the car however the sales person Jorge reassured me that it is in excellent condition, the car arrived on a shipping truck, the shipping driver could not start the car, he pushed it down by hand to the middle of the road in front of my house, and left, me and neighbors had to push it off the road I called this dealer, they gave me the ran around that it may be because of another key Waited 4 days until the 2nd key arrived, the 2nd he was not working , Car still not starting The BMW dealership examined the car, it need a new starter, as well as other major issues The dealership is not answering my text messages or emails to address the repair cost
