I purchase a vehicle from this dealership and Gianfranco, the salesman. It was the worst purchase I have made, EVER. They/he lied and didn't know what he was doing. The day before the car was shipped, he told me that the car was Great, as he drove it and had been checked out. The car came off the truck, and we discovered that the front struts were broken and worn out. He said, it had been Checked Out. He lied to me about the condition of the car. He lied to me about the who the Manager is/was, after I discovered he was not an experienced salesman. He sold me a LEMON.....and based on my threatening to call them out, I was contacted by Omar (I'm not sure if this is his real name) after I told them about the struts costing $2,000, he said he would send me a $1000 back. He sent me 500 and still owes me $500, but he doesn't have a phone number, supposedly he can only be reached by email. For the record, If you are going to purchase a car, from these xxxxxxxx, I would first assess whether or not your salesman is knowledgeable. And, DEMAND TO SEE THE "CARFAX", and make sure you ask for the manager to see if he exists, and Please mention this email and the idea that you might not want to do business with them. Also, if anything seems shady, WALK away. They will LIE to you.

Rodrick put all of his efforts and time in order to make sure I got the car that I wanted, but most importantly a car with a very affordable and amazing deal. Rodrick was very knowledgeable and had full and detailed information about every single car and about every single question that I had. I need to say to all these grown adults on here complaining, they had the option to get a pre-purchase inspection, just like I did. Rodrick is not a pushy sales person. Some people just need to learn how to do adult things. Needless to say, I’m a very happy customer!

RODRICK is hands down the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. He’s knowledgeable and understanding. He explained every detail twice and really went above and beyond to ensure I felt good about my purchase. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Especially since I was in and out in a couple of hours. He’s efficient and such a rockstar at what he does. I hope everyone gets to experience his quality of work when purchasing their next or first ride! 10/10 would recommend!!

DO NOT TRUST RODRICK!!! DON’T BUY FROM THIS DEALER!! Rodrick sold me a vehicle via internet. When the car was delivered it was missing the lower bumper that was intentionally left out of pictures. It was leaking coolant right off of the delivery truck. Work was promised before delivery that was not done. Roderick promised the work was completed but a shop here showed me the work was not done. When I called them out on this, Roderick cursed me out then he had a guy named Dan call me. Dan cursed me out too.

Rodrick was my contact and main man at Ultimate Motorsport. My wife and I spent almost 2 months trying to find a dealership that enrolled in the new tax credit system for 2024 and not only were they registered through the IRS but Rodrick was the first person I came across that was actually knowledgeable of the process. My wife and I had a bit of a complicated schedule with work and money owed on trade in. Rodrick was extremely patient with us and we were able to hack away all the red tape that seemed to keep coming up because of our situation. Upon taking delivery of the car they had it charged and washed and I noticed the interior looked quite a bit cleaner too. I don't like going through dealers this was my first time to do so in order to buy a car but it was worth it in order to get into a really nice low mile car for less than a private sale.
