There is no other dealer that will sell you cars at these prices. Almost unbelievable the price I received - I could trade it in right now and virtually not lose any money. The closing process is the quickest I have experienced. Almost all of it can be done electronically. My financing got stuck with the bureaucracy/off-shore closing dept at my bank. So in 20 minutes, I was able to fill out an app and close on a loan that took over 2 days with my bank to figure out. This is one of my biggest frustrations with the car buying process - the back-office drudgery. In this purchase, I found my car, and then I picked up my car at lunch time. This review sounds overly hyped - but it has to be because it reflects the reality of the process. It was really just that straightforward. If you are serious about buying a car - they will make it happen.

Arrived looking for a specific car I'd seen online in their inventory. It was a Saturday afternoon and the place was full of customers, maybe some were just looking at the pretty cars. I was a bit unhappy because I could not get anyone's attention despite being in a serious buy-it-now frame of mind. There were just too many customers around. But finally one fellow asked me if I was being taken care of and when I said no, that I was about to give up, he stopped whatever he was doing and get the keys to the car I wanted and took me out to the car, so I stayed. And I'm very glad I stayed. I'm glad because not only was the car beautiful, but the buying experience was beautiful too. This man, Omar, walked me through the issue one needed to be careful of on this model car, and showed me how this car was good in that areas. He stuck with me through finding a price and terms I could be happy with, gave me a fair deal on my trade-in, and got me financing QUICKLY on a Saturday right before closing time at a fair rate. I asked him questions about pricing and about their business practices, and he was open and transparent with me. My family and I love this car, and I would go back again if I needed and could afford another nifty car like the Eos we now happily call a member of the family.

I'm writing this review after having an exceptional experience at Ultimate Motorsports. My salesman was Mike Hasanzada (with help from Markus, also great). This is how car buying should be. I did most of the car buying research online and their name kept coming up on all the major search engines. I couldn't find a better deal for a comparable car (trust me I tried). When I went to see it the car was "as advertised" and they were very easy going when I got there. I wasn't pressured, they let me take the car out as many times as I wanted including dropping it off for me to get it inspected (3rd party, my choice). They stand by their cars and they should; dealer who did 3rd party inspection said it was in some of the best shape he's ever seen. Ultimate Motorsports helped me with financing and an extended warranty as well. I was overly satisfied with the service and more importantly my new car! Thank you Ultimate Motorsports!!!

Absolute worst car buying experience ever. I purchased a 2010 Audi S5 from these guys and was promised there wasn't any damage on the car. I asked many times if there were any scratches or dings and I was told absolutely not. I was nervous because this was my first time buying a car and having it shipped to me, so I asked lots of questions and got all the info I could. I trusted them when I was assured several times the car was perfect. When the car arrived I was shocked and disgusted. Literally EVERY body panel had some sort of damaged. Scratches, dings, dents, rust.. you name it. ALL of the wheels were gouged. maintenance light was on. Oil was 2 quarts low. I took pictured of everything and sent them to the dealership and they pretty much said sorry but the deal is done. If I was closer I would have been paying this establishment a visit because this was simply unacceptable. I attempted to file a claim with my credit card to at least get my $500 deposit back and they even denied me that. Great way to do business guys!

Bought a Silver 2005 Lexus LS430 beauty two weekends ago. Flew into Dallas, TX all the way from Minnesota and drove down to Houston to meet with Marcus who helped out with this sale. Very happy customer and I'm hoping I have the title of "came the longest way" to purchase. Merry Christmas!

I would like to say at first when I saw the dealership and where it was located I was trying to figure out how do they do business. But after I got there everyone was professional and very helpful. The cars they have are outstanding and I am very happy with my purchase of my 09 GMC Yukon. I would definitely recommend this place to others and my salesman Kevin was top notch.

Mike and Omar went through this process every step of the way. They even refunded me a portion of the cost of an additional key weeks after the purchase. I am very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend this dealership.

Bought an escalade site unseen.. people were very helpful and the car was shipped fine.. but the car had issue that were not mentioned. I had to trade it it after less than 2 months.. lost 4 grand.. they have nice looking vehicles but you don't know what you really getting.

I went here because I saw an ad online with cargurus.com for a dodge charger they had. Me and a buddy went and test drove it and it was great! Still has the manufacturer's warranty! The whole process was quick and easy, was there for may 2 hours and most of the time was spent talking to Markus (the guy taking care of me) because he was so inviting and welcoming. I will definitely do business with this establishment as well as Markus again if needed!
