They were "undersold"

Test drove a car but couldn’t negotiate an acceptable price. Told the sales person that I was going to competing dealers. He ask for the opportunity to match my best price. Why would I come back for just a match, he had to beat the price. He said, “We will not be undersold.” I found the same exact vehicle at competitor for $2,000 less. Told the sales man about the price but he didn’t believe anyone could beat his deal and that I should buy it. So I purchased the car and they were “undersold.”

Satisfactory purchase

I went to VW of Kirkwood in search of a newer vehichle with the intention to trade the one I had. I was immediately welcomed by Malkum in the entrance and also offered to help me. Malkum and the team did everything on their power to find me the vehichle that best satisfied my resquest and budget. Overall I am highly satisfied with the VW Passat I purchased and would definetly recommend this dealership to others.

Excellent Experience

I just purchased a used Volkswagen from the DeanTeam in Kirkwood, MO. I give this dearlership a high rating due mostly to Dave Schultz. I was reluctant to go out of state for a vehicle, but found the one I purchased through CarGurus. After talking with Dave, I was assured the process would be minimal. When I was finally able to make the trip from Springfield, IL and called to meet with Dave, I was told it was his day off. He quickly called me back and kindly agreed to meet me at the dealership. Dave greeted me punctually, friendly, and was very helpful! I appreciate that he came in on his day off to serve me.

Everybody should be treated like this when buying a car!

From the second I walked into the door to when my daughter bought her first car, it was such a wonderful experience! My daughter's first car purchase. We did go elsewhere first, not a good idea, unless it was for me to really appreciate how amazing they were at Dean Team Kirkwood! I already have them keeping an eye out for my next car! Buying a car can sometimes suck, but this was actually a great first experience for my daughter and I could not be happier!

Great experience with Dean Team VW Kirkwood, MO

I had a great experience buying my car from the VW Dean Team in Kirkwood Missouri. Everyone there was very helpful and not too pushy. I bought a used 2017 VW Tiguan and I am very happy with my purchase!

I came in having my GTI serviced and I walked out with brand new Tiguan . Mr Malkum was professional but very friendly I felt like I was treated very special and I am very happy!

Great Experience!

We came into Dean Team to purchase a used Tiguan for my wife and found it had just been sold. However, our sales person, Malkum Muhammad, was so friendly and welcoming that we decided to stay and look for other possible vehicles. While we ended up purchasing a much older, and cheaper car than expected, Malkum treated us as if we were buying the most expensive car on the lot! During our visit we also dealt with manager K Wimbish and financer Kyle Steinberg. Each one of these gentlemen was a pleasure to work with and dealt with us fairly and honestly. The team at Dean Team really appeared to enjoy their jobs, their coworkers and their customers, despite it being a very busy Saturday afternoon. We had been to two other dealerships in the area and were extremely disappointed with their service. We will definitely be back to Dean Team for future purchases and will ask for Malkum!

Overall, great experience at Dean Team Kirkwood. It was our first time buying a truck and we didn’t feel an ounce of pressure. John Townsend was the BEST. He was extremely straightforward, knowledgeable, and worked out a great deal for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better fit. Truely, a great experience. Thank you Dean Team!!!!!! Wonderful Customer Service

Although a major storm caused lots of computer malfunctions and general chaos, the sales team was able to quickly tend to any requests I had. John was extremely friendly and kept me highly entertained with some of the nicest cars I've ever seen while I waited on extended processing times due to the storm. Overall, a great buying experience.

Great experience!

My old car I was completely in love with and was having a hard time coming to reality on having to retire her. I have a friend that works for dean team and is an avid Volkswagen lover and he had me go in and look around at least... so glad I did. I found a beautiful 06 Passat and it is exactly what I needed for my young growing family. My salesman, John, was awesome and didn't make me feel pressured at all. Even turned around and sold my mom a new car also. She saw a little 13 beetle and fell in love and John did the same thing for her. #ChangingTheWorldOneVolkswagenAtATime
