He noticed some minor hail damage on my brand-new vehicle before I drove it off of the lot and also stayed past closing hours to make sure I understood how all of its built-in features worked. I've purchased more cars from Lou Fusz than any other place(3). That's pretty good for an old retired person. The sales & service-dept treat you as if you were buying new! I have bought one new and 2 used vehicles. Their body shop & service depts are both great.

Normally, I dread shopping for a new or gently used car. Normally, I experience aggressive salespeople who try to push me into buying quickly. At Lou Fusz Toyota, I had a refreshingly positive experience. My salesman, Joe Gustafson, was very relaxed and low-key. He let me make my decision in my own time and was helpful rather than pushy. Even after the sale, I had an issue with one of my vehicle's tires. Joe and the dealership stood by the car.and paid for the repair since it was a pre-existing condition. I will recommend this dealership to anyone I know in the marketnfor a new or used car.
