I've owned my Toyota since 2006 and all services are performed at Fusz. During that time most of my interaction has been with Scott and Warren, but I've worked with others as well. I've never felt like I was taken advantage of. They are straight forward and honest. You can't ask for more than that.

My wife and I worked with George to purchase our new 4Runner. The specific model with features that we wanted weren't at the lot, but George was very flexible and located the model that we desired. This was nice to discover as the industry norm is to sell only what is on the lot. He made the selling and negotiating process very enjoyable instead of the normal stress and anxiety that typically accompanies purchasing a car. I highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership as the experience, pricing, and service were excellent.

I purchased a used Ford F-150 from Lou Fusz Toyota and traded in my previous vehicle, not only did they offer a fair market value price for my trade in, they also offered a fair price for the F-150. Overall I would say that the professionalism of the salesman (Matt) that I dealt with truly represented the image of the dealership as a whole. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership.

When purchasing a new vehicle, we prefer to rely mostly on internet-based sales. While searching for our new car, I reached out to all of the local dealers in the Saint Louis area and some further away. We negotiated the model, and accessories on-line and once we agreed on the purchase price he got to work and located a car within hours and had the car delivered in no time. Jim “Bones” Donohue was absolutely awesome. Not only did he make the process of buying a new car easy, he actually made it ENJOYABLE!
