Bro came correct, handled his business, and treated me like a VIP from the jump. Wasn’t no gimmicks, no fake “lemme see what I can do” type vibe. Just solid service, real communication, and straight-up respect. He told me what the car needed, kept it 100 the whole time, and didn’t try to finesse me on no extra charges. That’s the type of professionalism you don’t see enough of — especially in this game. Time is money, and Manny respected both.
