Malibu

My over all experience was wonderful. My salesman Darwin Young was amazing, he was totally engaged with me even when I was being indecisive and overwhelmed and wanting to leave and come back another day, his customer service won me over. The facility is nice and clean everyone that I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful, even the restrooms was clean. I will be doing business with you guys in the future, thank you.

Matt Gorka Was awesome

Matt G. Was awesome. He called me got me in the dealership within the hour and I left with a new car. He was great answering all my questions. He is by far the best sales guy I have ever worked with. Spectacular Service

First let me say thank you again to Matt West!! After visiting many different dealerships trying to find a vehicle our daughter could agree on and us as her parents could agree on the amount, we are very grateful to have ended the vehicle search with Matt West at Rick Hendricks Chevrolet. We have purchased many vehicles in our time but this was by far the best experience thus far!!

Awesome Service

This is our second car from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. I have been worked with in more ways I can count to have a very safe and dependable vehicle for my wife and kids. Look for a car

They tell you that they can help you and get your hopes up. To just let you down I don't know why they call me and had to find s ride there she said I was going to get a car . But they didn't do anything to help me to get a car for work. So let down...

Great Experience

Great Experience!

Darwin and Hussein are excellent! They did not pressure me at all. Best salesmen ever. I am very happy with the whole purchase process of my new vehicle! And I love it!

Cheesy Dealership

Went in to test drive a vehicle. Told the overly-eager double-handshaking salesman I was not prepared to buy for another 2-mo. I was asked no less than 4 times by 4 different people if I wanted water. No.....thanks, I just want to test drive that vehicle over there. Two different managers thanked me for the opportunity for them to sell me a vehicle and was I sure they couldn't earn my business today??? Ugh....no thanks, I just want to test drive the vehicle and go home to decide what I want. Overall, people were polite, attentive, customer oriented and EAGER to the extent that I wanted to vomit and then run away as fast as I could. Be real....talk to me like you would your brother or friend. Stop calling me sir every 3rd word and maybe you can earn my business......when I'm ready to buy and NOT TODAY.
