I had gone to several Hona Dealers,looking to buy a 2010 Honda,I finally went to Dave Mungenast Honda. That's where I met Clayton Patterson, who we believe went above and beyond what a car salesman would do. He took the time to show us all the 2010 Honda, never rushed us or made us feel that we where wasting his time. It took us a good week or two to decide what car we wanted to purchase. He never once seemed to mind that I changed my mind a couple of times. He was very professional, friendly and efficent. He made us feel comfortable, not pressured. He gave us a good price and once again I changed my mind and decided to buy a 2011 Honda Accord. We love our car and would recommend Dave Mungenast Honda and Clayton Patterson as well to anyone who asked. A very satified Customer, Kenny and Monte Williams

I am very comfortable with the sales person I dealt with....
I am very comfortable with the sales person I dealt with. I did not particularly enjoy getting pressure to purchase warranties and protection packages from the business manager. However, overall I was very satisfied with my experience and would buy from the dealership again.

Shan was incredible to work with. Her willingness to make us a happy customer was obvious from the first time i met her. She is not at all a high pressure sales person. I found that she truly cared about taken care of us to become lifelong customers of Dave Mungenast. This is the second new Odyssey we have bought from this dealership. I not only now consider Shan my new car rep but also a friend and when it comes to dealerships those words have never been uttered from my lips. I give Shan two thumbs up and highly recommend her! Sam was very accomodating. He explained all t he features of the new Accords. I was interested in a car that was a demo on the sales floor. He allowed me to test drive a similar car that was on the lot as well as a car that was a four cylinder car that was on the sales lot/

I was very pleasantly surprised with my buying experience at St Louis Honda – it was the best new car buying experience I have ever had. Complete honesty up front. Here are the details. I went to this dealer to look at the exact color of a 2011 Honda Pilot, since the dealer 30 minutes closer to us didn’t have much stock. My plan was to decide on the exact specs, do my research for the best price, then sit down for negotiations. As I was leaving, the salesperson gave me his card and wrote their price on the back. When I got home I compared that price with what I thought would be the best deal based on internet reports and my past experience. Their price was $150 lower than the lowest price I expected to get! So, I figured they hook you on a good price for the new vehicle and low-ball my trade. The next day I returned with our trade (a 2006 Honda Pilot) for their appraisal. They appraised it $150 higher than the best price I expected to get! I was floored. Those prices even included the 1.9% financing promotion. Although there is another Honda dealer 30 minutes closer to us that could get the vehicle for us, I was treated so well at St Louis Honda that I decided to buy it there. There was one slight tarnish to the otherwise stellar experience, but that was probably just bad timing. The paperwork process took much longer than expected. I believe it was a combination of one finance person being out that day and another person being new. This would not sway me away from buying another vehicle here, but I would ask up front how long it will take. That said, I have no reservations in recommending St Louis Honda.

Worked out a price over the internet to my satisfaction. ...
Worked out a price over the internet to my satisfaction. Set up a time to do the deal and was done in less than 2 hours with NO haggling or trips by the salesperson to se the "sales manager". Have worked with Randy and Ivo before, but Randy was my main salesperson this time. I highly recommend going to Randy and STL Honda to get the best service and price in the STL area, BAR NONE!!

Randy Graves and St Louis Honda did a great job selling...
Randy Graves and St Louis Honda did a great job selling me the vehicle that me and my family wanted. They are very customer service oriented and provided a great experience for us when we came by to pick up our new Pilot. Randy even took it upon himself to help change the license plates while the porter was helping me with another issue. Did I mention that the Pilot was spotless (washed & polished inside and out) when we got it - everything was ready to go - just signed a few documents and we were on our way! Thanks Randy! Great experience! Gary was friendly and not pushy at all. There was a slight mix up in my lein paperwork that they fixed promptly and continued to followup with me even after sending me the proper paperwork. Highly reccomend this dealer! I love my new car.
