Great service. Everyone was really friendly and easy to work with. We drove from Sunnyside Wa for the car and it was well worth the drive. Car was exactly what they said and what we wanted. Definitely will do business with them again in the future.

I don't often do reviews unless there is something horrible to report, however, this dealer and especially Noel were awesome. I had shopped on line and knew what I wanted. my husband had spoke with him when I got there the van wasn't quite ready for me to take....they loaned me a vehicle for the weekend and worked on the van. Since I lived in Eastern WA when my vehicle was ready they met me half way to exchange vehicles we have been very happy with our van. After having several bad experiences and some really bad car trouble it's refreshing to work with an honest salesman and company. I would totally buy my next vehicle there, but really not planning on it for a looooooonnnnnnggggg time.

I normally only write reviews when I'm dissatisfied, but had such a great experience here that I wanted to share it. I came to Auto's Only looking for a used Audi. I had my heart set on an Audi A4 for a long time, but could never afford getting a new one. After doing some research online, I saw that Auto's Only had exactly the model that I wanted. Although it was 3 years old, there was only 30k miles on it and the price point was perfect. I was initially a little worried about going to a used car dealership on my own, but looking back II had nothing to worry about. The salesman (Todd) that helped me was very professional, friendly, and made sure that all of my questions were answered. Even after I brought the car home, I received a follow up phone call to see how the car was running and if I was satisfied. I've been coming in for all of my oil changes and auto detailing since, and am always well taken care of. I'm not sure why others have had a different experience. I think it goes without saying that you should do your research when buying a used car in general, no matter where you go. Based on my experience here, I would recommend checking out Auto's Only.

MJ was fantastic. Best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. No pressure, went out of his way to pick up a vehicle for me and transfer it to their other location. He actually listened to what I wanted. Absolutely the best dealership to purchase a vehicle!

He really listened when I spoke and took the time to clearly answer all of my questions, no matter how small. I am a very picky shopper. I know what I want and they went above and to help me find exactly the car I want within my budget. Terry in finance made sure I understood every word of the paperwork I signed and made me feel involved in the purchasing process. I will recommend Autos Only to friends for sure!

Did not get a chance to test drive the vehicle. However, the dealer called back promptly after my inquiry on the vehicle status and to answer any questions.
