I had my heart set on a used, manual, 06 Subaru Forester, but had heard of head gasket issues with those cars that fail after 120 - 150K miles or so. This particular forester did not have those replaced yet, nor did it really need them replaced yet, as the miles only 75k. These guys gave me an awesome deal on the car, and included replacing the head gaskets in the deal because of the known issue with them. They only charged me for parts. Since they had to take the engine out, they replaced many other things too, just to be thorough; water pump, timing belt, spark plugs, etc. Now I have complete peace of mind that this car should last a long time. I was most impressed with the customer service. Sam and Shawn were fantastic salesmen, extremely helpful, not pushy, answered all my questions with patience. And I especially appreciate Jeff, the mechanic, who took all of my (probably annoying) phone calls and walked me through everything he was doing, and answered all my questions. He gave me the confidence that he did a very thorough, high-quality job. Thank you guys!

When something went wrong, they made it right
My experience with Noel at Autos Only was excellent. He was low pressure, knowledgeable and understanding. He went above and beyond every step of the way. This lot had several Toyota Siennas which is why I made the trip. I was so burned out of looking at them and being disappointed with the condition, but the detailing guys went to work and it was beautiful when I came to pick it up. Even the tires shined! I asked for them to put air in the tires and gas in the tank since I had to come back to get it, it was written into my sale. My only issue was that it drove like a dream on the test drive but I took the ferry home after picking it up and didn’t notice right away the obvious change in how it handled. I took it straight to my mechanic the next day because I felt something was wrong. I paid $130 for an inspection and they found the noise was due to loose lug nuts on the tire 😅. A safety issue for sure, could have caused damage if I had put it off... but a really minor problem that someone else may have been able to identify without a mechanic. During the inspection the other issue was a leaking steering boot that they quoted me over $1k in repairs. Autos Only made it right. They replaced both steering boots at no cost to me. I purchased the van as is, no warranty. If they refused it wouldn’t have surprised me the way some dealerships do business. Not only did they do the work. They gave me a loaner car so I didn’t have to wait there with my toddler. And they finished all the repairs in under 2 hours! I would recommend Autos Only in the future and I’ll keep Noel in mind when I’m ready to buy again.

Buyers Beware! Extended Warranty SCAMMERS!
Buyers BEWARE!! This dealership is about as shady as they come! I purchased a car originally at their Lynnwood location. I purchased a warranty they recommended, for which I paid monthly along with my auto loan. Fast forward 3 years, and $2586.25 later, my warranty was/IS about to expire. I took my car into the approved shop to have a repair done, only to find out that the warranty the dealership sold me was NO GOOD! Autos Only sold me a warranty that should have never been sold!! The car I purchased had aftermarket wheels, and according to the company that I had my warranty through, said the warranty was VOID from jump because of the aftermarket wheels! When I went to ask the dealership about this, I find out that their Lynnwood location closed their doors, and I would have to go through the Burien location. The management there is HORRIBLE! I have called repeatedly, only to either be told I have to talk to the owner HAN, who, by the way is never there (what the staff tells me), or the GM Noel, who has said he can't help me, that I have to talk to HAN! HAN does not call you back nor is he ever there? I've been told several times he's on vacation?! Now I'm out $2586.25, and another $336.80 for the repair that wasn't covered by the FAUX warranty and dealing with IMMATURE so-called business men who are trying to avoid me!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!! Time to GET JESSE!

Great Experience!
FIrst car purchase for my son. He was treated respectfully and was thrilled with his car. Tim did an excellent job working with a nervous young man. We would definitely purchase from them again!

Quality cars and service with no BS. Highly Recommended
In all candor, this not my first post about Autos Only in Burien. However, after another incredibly positive experience in June I had to help spread the word. I first came upon Autos Only in 2018; since then, my purchases and mechanical service and maintenance have been Five STARS. The owner Han sets a high standard of integrity, honesty, and always keeps his word. The quality and pricing of both automobiles and service is unmatched in area. They may not have an espresso machine in the lobby like the Eastside Dealers, but I’d trade that any day for a fair and ethical transaction.

Worst purchase ever. Buyer Beware
2015 Lexus ct 200. Had GPS but was missing a SD card. Tim the salesman no problem we will fix. 17 emails, 7 phone calls and 4 time's I stopped by. Still not fixed. Over 45 days as of today. They have contacted me twice. Once to come in and sign new paperwork because they couldn't get rate promised. At first Sai i needed to come by because I needed a membership from my bank. Asked who it was . They told me. It was my bank. Then and only then did they omitted it was because of a higher rate. Then to ask for $21 for plates. Said didn't charge enough. Asked if I could get my SD card. They guy who orders then just came back to work. Should have one in a few day. That was 10 days ago

Just an okay experience
I was excited to look at a Subaru Forester here and was left underwhelmed with the customer service. The man I was originally working with was super great and helpful but the finance manager was pretty rude, not super helpful, and a little condescending. I ended up going to another dealership that was easier to work with and a lot more laid-back.

I wish I read the reviews before going here. Here I am only a month later and I had to replace my prius' battery, headlights, and headlight switch. What a waste. I also tried calling them about the BS service contract they sold me and they couldn't even tell me what plan I got and what it covered. Ended up not covering the battery and has a 250 charge for every part. Again, what a waste.

Great customer service
Last week I bought a used car in this company. When I go home. But company didn't give me to take the car because I no full insurance. This time that dealer go home. I don't know to do.but this time that guy is NeIL Ligam to help me. He is very good guy and very good service.
