The dealership worked forever to get me the deal I needed, the payment I needed, and went an "extra mile" to find rebates on the new car in order to help offset the negative equity I had. In summary, they helped me tremendously, paid my sales tax, treated me like family, and made me a deal I'm certain no one else would have. And this is the third purchase for me from Bayird. I won't buy a car anywhere else. When I left I was almost in tears I was so happy and relieved. I am forever grateful to O'Jay, Jon, and the kindness of Caleb. This was a personally emotional situation and time for me, pertaining to helping my daughter in another country, and we got it done. One of the most courteous staffs you will find anywhere. Even after the recall was corrected the manager explained every step done. I like that.

Thanks to Phil, who was not our salesman, we may actually return without reservations! I had a horrible experience in 2015 and swore I'd never return. However we did return, reserved and standoffish. Phil really helped a lot as our salesman was apparently new and had a hard time answering any of our questions.

Great service no pressure wonderful warranty super hospitality. We will definitely return for any service needs and possibly in a few years to get our next vehicle. Very kid friendly.
