Folks, I'll admit I was fairly apprehensive about buying a new car. I mean, car salesmen (and women) are good at what they do and I don't buy cars very often (who does, after all). But WOW, I was absolutely blown away by the patience and support I was offered by Blaze and all the folks at Suntrup. Blaze encouraged me and my wife to drive any and all vehicles on the lot that were of interest, and he supported us over the course of a few days to nail down not only the most ideal, specific vehicle (an Atlas, which I highly recommend!) but also worked very hard to meet me at my extraordinarily tight price point. We've had the car for a few weeks now and my wife and I are still reflecting on what a good experience we had and how much we appreciate the positive and efficient energy from the folks at Suntrup. More specifically, I can't emphasize enough what a pleasure it was to work with Blaze. He has single-handedly changed my world-view and expectations on car-buying - the bar has been set high! Preston was absolutely fantastic to work with. I originally inquired on the dealership website and within a few hours, Preston had emailed me a personalized video of him showing all the vehicles I inquired on. I felt extremely confident that he understood what I was looking for just from our initial virtual interaction. We then set up time to come in to the dealership and when we arrived, he had every car we wanted to look at prepared and ready for us to see. He went into significant detail on each car and he was extremely thorough and professional. When we had selected a car to purchase, he was able to quickly process on the sales end and overall, he absolutely surpassed expectations. This was by far the best experience I have had with a sales associate when purchasing a car and I would 10/10 recommend working with him!

The parking lot is a nightmare, but everyone were so professional and nice. I enjoyed the whole experience. I will refer anyone to this dealership.

We have purchased a lot of vehicles in the past but Jake and Armin made the process so easy and smooth. Jake went above and beyond for us, he even spent 45 minutes talking to our three kids about random topics while we finished the finance portion of the buy.
