Karen Gaglio, Weiss Team Aced Used Car Purchase

We are long-distance buyers of a particular 2012 Prius v trim and color car. I flew in from El Paso, TX, walked to the dealership the next morning at 9:30 (by choice, Karen offered a pick up), and was on the road at 10:30. My 17-hour, 2-day drive home was tiring but the car was just as expected. Karen got good support from the dealership; car was spotlessly cleaned in and out, car was fully serviced (fuel, oil, tire rotation, filters), mechanic provided extra key fob, and business office work all went perfectly. Karen did well by us by shooting and emailing videos, posting photographs, and providing the Carfax. It couldn't have gone better. Quality teamwork at Weiss.

Toyota Care Service

This was my first 5,000 mile checkup. I received a timely reminder phone call and email. Was able to get the time I wanted. Tom was very friendly and professional and explained exactly what was done. In and out in under an hour. Great.

Routine Maintenance

Tom Coates, my Service Advisor, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. Every time I schedule general maintenance or a safety recall appointment for my RAV 4, I am impressed by the professional service I get. I recommend Weiss Service Department to all family and friends who own Toyota vehicles. I am so satisfied with the quality of service I receive that I drive 45 minutes to have my RAV 4 serviced at Weiss Toyota.

Wow..

This is the 4th vehicle we have purchase/leased through Weis Toyota. All Rudy and I can say is how very happy we are to go to this dealership and know we will receive the best deal and have a most wonderful experience with the staff involved. Walked in Saturday, looking to lease or purchase but just not sure. We found what we wanted and walked out later (about 2 hours) and had a new Toyota Scion IM leased. Mike Collins was a great guy to work with, Amy in fiancé was awesome as always. We will be back! Thank you.

Great!

Can't say enough about these three gentleman. Prinz has been advising me for years with my 03 rav 4. He is always so sweet and helpful. Even when he was slammed he always made sure I understand everything. Well my car was aging and I needed to come to conclusion it was time to retire it. Prinz sent me to Dzevad who was so kind and we went back and forth several times, but I knew we could work something out ! We agreed on a price then I sent to Mr. Cross. We had tons of laughs and crunching numbers. Just a regular happy hour!! I'm sure they were tired of me at the end but everyone was happy including me. I would recommend all of them and this dealership!!!! Brought my old rav brand new 13 years ago and walk ago with a new rav !! Loyal customer always !!

Tom Coates Rocks!

I had my 2005 Tacoma's frame replaced -- HUGE job. Tom utterly failed in his timing by a whole week. That is to say, he (well, the mechanics) got my truck back to me in three days versus the expected 10. He kept me informed of the progress as much as he could. I've taken my other car to their neighbor's multiple times and had the exact opposite (that is to say "less than impressive") experience. Tom needs to go teach their service department how it's done right.
