Purchaced a Rav4 yesterday from Weiss Toyota. Steve Bachesta was the sales person . The process was easy I traded 2011 Highlander (which I had absolutely no problems with) also purchased from Weiss. They offered a very fair trade which I didn't need to haggle over. Amy in the finance department was patient with me explaining my financing and warranty options. With the Lifetime Warranty I may keep this car for a while. Thank you.

Tom Coates is an excellent service representative and is the reason I come to Weiss. He takes care of all of my needs for my two vehicles. We were not really in the market for a new car....we were just in the 'thinking about it stage.' But when Mike Collins greeted us at the door he gently walked us throught the showroom floor never pressuring us. We looked at several differnt models available which affirmed that YES a Prisu is what we wanted. Our current car was a Prius and were pretty sure we wanted another. Mike did not pressure us or show us something other than what we talked about. Mike also answered all of our questions and assured us we can call him anytime. Of course it was December and prices were great plus 0 percent interest. We could not resist the great deal and we are now driving a beautiful new 2015 Toyota Prius. Thank You Mike.

My daughter and son-in-law helped me to purchase a new Corolla. Although they took care of the details everyone that assisted us in our purchase made sure that I was included in every step. Miss Casey also took the time to meet with us to be sure we were pleased with the service. I took my 2010 Toyota Sequoia in for service at John Wiess Toyota. This dealership is my go-to place for service. The service manager (Thomas) worked with me to understand the problem I was experiencing and made sure it was resolved. This is not my first interaction with Thomas and I have always found him to be knowledgeable and professional. The service technicians at John Weiss are all ASE certified and repair/service my vehicle, right first time. I am particularly satisfied with the way the service manager ensures that my vehicle is checked out each visit to prevent any unexpected problems from occurring. Good job!

We bought a used Camry from Weiss, and had a very good experience. Scott, our salesman, was very friendly and did a lot to help us make a good decision. General Manager Casey Krebs also went out of way trying to get us the car we needed.

I usually dread taking my car in to the dealership for service. Wait is long and they always find something that needs to be replaced. Both visits I've made to Weiss have been very pleasant. Turn around time was also fast. Tom Plager handled my car. I got mixed up on my appointment time and he was still pleasant!
